There's no way to tell what they are, but the hypnotic-like trance their blood can put people in to just through sight, their fairly high strength and agility, combat training, and avoidance of public eye seems to denote that they are some kind of foreigner and had some form of formal training.
Appearance
At first glance, it seems as if their body was strangely lit from certain areas. Generally it's because the blood pumping through their body has some kind of major artery in the area, which allows it's strangely color-shifting and bio-luminescence to be seen. Otherwise they have their bodies covered only enough to stay in bars or other establishments. As far as it seems they care little about anything beyond getting a good drink and having a relaxing time. Cobbler's physiology is well-built with focus on agility with measured strength, and a long red mane-like haircut that travels to the middle of their back, thinning out as it gets there. Normally with boots on, though the dragon has clawed feet with a talon in the back on their heel.
Little is known about Cobbler, and it seems as if they change gender almost at will, almost never dressing the same or being the same gender twice - unless traveling. Normally they wear as little clothes as possible while traveling, having normally chosen to wear a chest binder and jean shorts, along with steel-toed work boots. Thankfully most of it was tailored for them to fit and allow fluid movement. Besides that they have the ability to blow smoke out of their nostrils, but no fire has ever been seen leaving their body. Besides that, they avoid any real confrontation - but they do not fear it, they would just rather not get involved socially in any way.
When female, Cobbler has double D-cup breasts and a slightly thinner frame. Otherwise as a male they have a thicker, bulkier body and a 9 inch pointed shaft. Their horns are slightly yellowed from exposure and, if one were to get a trip inside their body, their insides seem to have the same strange, glowing, and shifting colors which can easily drive people into a hypnotized or more 'open' state for influence. The main way to tell Cobbler apart from a look-alike is the very distinct icelandic accent that they have.
