My name is Cody, though you may be more familiar with my book entitled, The_Codex. Whereupon its pages are a myriad of characters of my own design. Though they possess a will of their own it is I that fashioned them from my own mind. So you could say they’re all fractions — or pieces of myself in some shape or form. However, like characters, they all reside inside a book. This book to be exact: The_Codex And if I so desire I’m able to extract them from this book of my own accord. What most don't know is that The Codex is not an ordinary book, in fact, it's barely a book at all. The Codex is actually a magical entity called Xedoc who has powers beyond my understanding, but you don't have to take my word for it. you can ask him yourself... that is when he's not in his book form.

But enough about him. For you see, I am a mage. Well technically a mage in training, but a mage nonetheless. What kind of magic do I possess? Good question. I could tell you, but where would be the fun in that? Though I will tell you it’s none of that funny stuff like pulling a rabbit out of a hat or disappearing into thin air. Though I have been told I look like one of those stage magicians. But I’ll let you be the judge. Anyways. I always carry the Codex with me so if you’re interested in interacting with them feel free to approach me about. Though if it’s me you want well I guess that can be arranged as well. Though just know that the Codex book I hold is infused with arcane magic and only I can tap into that magic because of the history and bond I share with Xedoc.


{ D E T A I L S }

Cody is of a somewhat tall and slim build.He holds himself with a posture and grace fitting of a noble. From his short green hair down to his polished brown shoes, Cody makes it a point to look as presentable as possible at all times. His obsession with keeping himself clean has almost devolved into a state of obsessive compulsiveness. As he will take multiple showers throughout the day. He also wears a set of white gloves to keep his hands clean and safe from dust. His apparel, though immaculate and well garnished, also serves the same purpose of shielding him from the elements. Very little of his skin is exposed. So it's of no surprise that he gets upset when his clothes become wet, dirty, tainted, or frayed in any way.

Despite, his over the top standard of cleanliness and appearances, Cody is not the pompous, arrogant, and stuck-up individual he may appear to be. In fact, he's quite helpful, generous, and a bit goofy at times. Although some of his quirks can be overzealous. Often asking questions and prying into matters too deeply to the point of being accused of nosiness. In truth, he's just naturally curious about all things and wants to know the answer to everything life provides. The "Truth of the Universe" is his ultimate goal and so he will seek questions and answers where they may be.

By nature he is slow to anger and does not believe in violence, regarding himself as a pacifist and believing words and acts of compassion to be the best tool to quell all misgivings. Cody is also not afraid to speak his mind, and it often gets him into trouble. But he also means well and doesn't say things out of malice or hate. However, he has a mischevious and trickster side to him that surfaces every so often. So come by and introduce yourself!
