Anna is a healer, a predator, a hedonist, and a lover of permavore. She's occasionally overcome by another predator and allegedly delicious.

Who needs medicine when you've got magic? Anna can cure most any ailment. Poison? Paralysis? Arm ripped off and roasted by beastmen? You'll feel good as new.

Anna also cures exotic diseases, magical curses, even death itself! Such difficult projects require a significant amount of gold or... other forms of payment.~

But I am a poor dirt-sculptor, how will I ever hire a Goddess of Healing™?

Dicks. Lots of them. Big ones, small ones, smooth ones, fuzzy ones... so long as it's hard and full of white gold it's a good one!

Too subtle? Anna is a shameless hedonist and she'll whip up any spell you can imagine if you're willing to get her off. She is not exclusively straight. Herms and women are more than welcome in her room~

Every rose has it's thorns and every cat has it's sharp parts. Anna is as skilled at claiming lives as she is at saving them. Those who follow her to bed run the risk of being devoured and digested, body and soul.... and it takes a lot of souls to fuel her healing.

How does she eat? It depends.~ Anna always takes her prey whole and alive. Oral/Anal prey are digested and passed like any other meal. Anna chooses whether to pass or absorb the soul. (See the next section~)

Anna can also unbirth.~ Unbirthed 'prey' will be reborn as miqo'te. This process is irreversible and she would not reverse it even if she could. Those who aren't reborn will simply be turned into femcum.~

Oh, but of course! Anna just loves sending her meals to paradise, by which she means her bust. This is by far her favorite activity, and the quickest way into her heart and belly. If you have an idea for a perma scene, she's probably on board!

It's better than it sounds. Most perma-prey will have their souls bound to Anna's breasts, which may as well be heaven. They swim in constant happiness and feel everything Anna feels. Since the souls are unharmed, Anna can resurrect them at a later date if she so chooses... (if~)

Some prey don't deserve a good end.~ Evildoers, thieves, and those in need of an especially humiliating demise will find themselves absorbed into Anna's rump rather than her chest. They'll be reduced to barely sentient pudge, a seat for the goddess, and an object of lust for her playmates....~ This is irreversible. Not even Anna can resurrect prey ended in this manner!
