Kim was genetically built to produce milk in an experiment by a corporation who wanted to render dairy farms as they are out dated. Her milk production was much better than they hoped but it was never enough. They injected her with hormones and chemicals to increase her production rate over and over again. They even discovered that if they kept her pregnant her production skyrocketed and they would also get an endless supply of new cowgirls to grow for their experiments.
Kim is a bit dumb but a curious sort and often escapes the lab to go exploring! The problem is without her handlers keeping her milked her udder quickly grows large enough to immobilize her. Leaving her a bloated and helpless creature in need of help or perhaps a nice huge meal for some hungry Pred.
They recover her and milk her down again but even pregnant she always seems to get away again. Perhaps the guards even allow it because they know she can't get far and the sight of her straddling her own udder helplessly amuses them.
