Personality: Priscilla is a very quiet, very Shy person. As a child, she was always alone. Being the only Crossbreed in the world, everyone was always afraid of her, and being so large didn't help much. Normally, she's also very docile, and tends to avoid people. If someone approaches her, she usually ignores them in the hopes that they leave. She's more comfortable around Dragons. When she feels threatened, however, her nature as the Life-Hunter awakens, and she becomes a merciless Predator.
Life-Hunter Personality: When her nature as the Life-Hunter awakens, her personality makes a drastic change. She becomes much more talkative, and blunt. She also becomes a bit of a priss. If Hunting, however, or threatened, she becomes merciless and cold.
Note: Though Priscilla is normally more comfortable around Dragons, this applies only to Non-Feral Dragons. As Dragons are very territorial, Priscilla avoids wild ones. When with Non-Dragon friends, namely creatures that Dragons consider Prey, Priscilla will attempt to keep other Dragons away from them, roaring fiercely at any dragons that try to approach, and defending them through combat if need be.
Abilities(General):
Levitation: As a wingless Dragon, Priscilla cannot fly, but she is capable of lifting herself off of the ground with a whirlwind of snow, allowing her to levitate.
Snow/Ice/Water Conjuration/Manipulation: Priscilla can conjure Ice and Snow, and control it with Masterful precision. She can also freeze any water, and all but the most powerful of Magical Flames are doused by the sheer cold of her Frost. She cannot Melt Ice or Snow, however.
Stretching - All of Priscilla's orifices can stretch to accommodate (humanoid)meals up to equal her size.
Abilities(Specific/Named):
Snow Cloak - Priscilla can create a small blizzard who's snow wraps around her, bending light and making her invisible to the naked eye.
Ice Breath - Priscilla's breath can freeze anything completely solid, and is cold enough to put out even the most intense of flames. She can suppress this, so as not to unintentionally freeze people.
Blizzard - Priscilla creates a large Blizzard, who's wind can slice through stone, and are cold enough to freeze nearly anything.
Arctic Blaze - Priscilla summons forth a massive, flame-like stream of snow and ice, simultaneously burning, and freezing her targets instantly.
Life Hunt - Priscilla's ultimate power. When she strikes enemies with her Scythe, while the force of the strike hits their body, the damage is dealt directly to their Soul, ripping parts of it away until her victim is too weak to even move. She can also use this ability to suck the Souls of her victims right out of their body, or trap Souls within her body and digest them.
Delusional - The Painted World is a land created by Priscilla's mind. As such, she can subconsciously alter it in any way. Because it's a delusion, however, she believes anything she sees in the world to be truth.

First Friend!: Priscilla has finally made a friend. After meeting the Elf Adventurer
Rinari, Priscilla was at first a little indifferent towards her, but after receiving a gift from Rin, a small Fir twig, Priscilla quickly warmed up to her. Even though the twig froze and broke, that small gesture of friendship gained the elf Priscilla's eternal loyalty. So, Priscilla gave Rin a gift, creating a new body for her out of Ice and Snow, granting her immunity to Freezing, and Frost breath. It's possible that this granted her other abilities, but they have yet to be discovered.

Breast Vore: Priscilla can preform 2 types of Breast Vore. Nipple Vore, where Prey is pulled into one of her breasts, and digested into Breast Milk, and direct absorption, where the Prey is simultaneously taken into, and absorbed into Breast fat. Prey can either die, or become living breast fat.
Souls Vore: Priscilla can do this in 3 ways: Every strike from her Scythe rips away a small part of the victims Soul, adding these small pieces directly to Priscilla's. When the victim is nearly completely drained, Priscilla will devour their body, and digest it, and the remaining Soul simultaneously.
She can rip the Soul from the victims body with a kiss, trapping it in her stomach, to be digested like a normal meal. After any kind of Vore, she can trap the Prey's Soul in the orifice that their body had been in, digesting it as well. Souls digested in her belly will create waste(Soul Scat). Souls digested in her balls will become Soul Cum. Souls digested in her tail will simply be dissolved away. Souls digested in her Breasts will make her Breasts grow, and make her Milk sweeter.
-Perma-Death does not need to be involved. I enjoy Soul Vore as a way to add an extra step to the Finality of Vore.
