Cynthia_Quintrell


Dr. Cynthia Quintrell - Cindy to her friends - is the inventor of a method of safe, reliable, and easily reversible transformation; she can shrink a person, turn them into an object, change almost any physical feature, or even perform fully fertile gender reassignment transformations.

This technology cost a lot of money to produce, however, so she can't just go handing it out. Instead, she has opened a transformation clinic, Quintrell Transformation Solutions, taking payment in return for her services.

How does it work? Nanomachines, son.

Transformation Services

All transformations can be either temporary or permanent. Temporary transformations wear off on their own, while permanent transformations... don't. Permanent transformations can be reversed, unless a client opts to make it irreversible.

Gender Reassignment: Cynthia can transform a person into the opposite sex, or a blended form with qualities of both sexes. This is often used as treatment for people with body dysmorphia, but clients who simply want to know what it's like to occupy a different body for a while are also welcome.

Personality Adjustment: Cynthia can alter a person's brain to alter how they behave. This is sometimes used in addition to gender reassignment to prevent dysphoria, but she has also been called on to make people more confident or focused, more or less horny, or in some cases 'ditzy'. She can't make you smarter, though, so stop asking.

Height Adjustment: A euphemistic term that almost always means 'shrinking', usually in the ten to four inch range. Theoretically, Cynthia could also make someone grow very large, but she's unwilling to risk the property damage. Shrunken clients are kept safe in the clinic unless the client has other arrangements - Cynthia refuses to let shrunken clients leave without a caretaker. However, see 'Shrunken Client Disposal', below.

Inanimation: Cynthia enjoys this one. She can transform a person into an object, either letting them maintain their thoughts and an ability to sense their surroundings, or... not, effectively 'killing' them until they change back. If they change back. Note that clients turned into food will be eaten. See 'Inanimate Client Rental', below.

Cosmetic Alteration: A catch-all term for all sorts of simple cosmetic changes, usually for aesthetic purposes. She categorically refuses to change a person's perceived race - although species, such as human to elf, is fine with her.

Other Services

Shrunken Client Disposal: Cynthia just doesn't have the space to safely keep all of her shrunken clients, so she offers them to other customers. As food, specifically. She doesn't always offer permanently shrunken clients, either, and they aren't always willing. The customer can express a preference and she will try to accomodate. The shrunken clients don't get a say.

Inanimate Client Rental: Cynthia is willing to rent out objects that used to be people. Often, she rents out sex toys or lingerie, but sometimes she has other oddities in stock. The inanimate clients get no say in this. She can provide details of who the inanimate client was, or she can simply give customers anonymous toys. Clients transformed into food are sometimes available, but Cynthia often eats those herself.
