Mona is the very image of demonic due diligence, by which I mean she fulfills her duties according to the letter rather than the intent. She's lazy, thirsts for innocence/youth, and can be a bit over-bearing in how she deals with folks but could anything else be expected? She hasn't come here from the Infernal Realm for fun after all~! That's why she set up a small office called 'Mona's Solutions' for mortals with issues to come and hire her to grant their deepest desires. As for the cost~? Well, that'd violate customer confedentiality and no one really seems to remember going into that office..
