Darth Ratiel history is long and confusiong and seems to filck in and out of history popping up every where some thiems with the same people some times not.
For the most part she appear during the sith civil caving out a empire on the fringe that last all the way though to the vong invasion where she was forced to aborned part of it.

though she was able to carve a terroity she has never been tursted as a sith lord she is not a full sith, she is not arrgont, or spiteful or power hunger trying to kill supiors to advance power and finail she isn't a big beliver in the rule of two. as such she is not tursted by the the sith which expalines why she caved out her own empire.

For the most part her empire has been left alone with good reason. the empire of red is a paeceful neuigbour, it trades openly, it a stable area and dispite living under a sith lord life is good, she is not crel and rules with a fair hand and protect and provides for her people even if she ravish the woamn and menfolk. all this makes it porblamic for jedi to deal with as removing her will have huge effects on the region.
