Raised in something that could be confused with Louisiana, including the bayous, the plantations, and all the spiders you could never want! Five foot four, gorgeous flowing blonde hair, strappy overalls... Usually wearing sandals and a white shirt underneath the straps.

Yes he says "nya" like those retarded stereotypical nekos, but it's with a heavy southern accent. Sounds more like a rushed "nyeh".
