Personality: Overall, Delilah/Deli will do whatever she needs to get what she is after, and is often disgruntled by failure. She especially despises being thwarted by mortals, male or female, but she has no preference as to which gender she targets. She puts on whichever form of the two is most fitting, and a façade of a personality unique to either.
Young: Deli seems to be a bit frightened all the time, and is very jumpy. Her cute looks will often attract people who are genuinely willing to help her or foolishly attempting to take advantage of her. Either way, when someone gets close enough to her in the safest place she can find, she will strike.
Adult: Delilah is the equivalent of the word dominatrix. She is willing to make any experience with her pleasurable or painful, flipping between the two in an instant if need be. However, she will approach her targets slowly at first. Once she has set up her target on a silver platter, she will strike.

Abilities: Absorption from every point in the body, soul draining, flight (with wings), hypnosis, full knowledge of the location of anyone she has made contact with, regeneration of any damaged body part, phasing through solid objects (this plus the absorption allows her to store objects inside her body intact and pull them out by reaching through herself)
