We’re twins who moved with our parents and many sisters to the Nexus a few years ago. Mom told us we moved there because Daddy got a new job, but he still sells alarm systems. Still, a lot has changed, and not just because we go to a new high school. For one thing, Mom and Daddy never fight any more, which is good, but sometimes they’re so love dovey, it’s kind of gross. Our bedroom is right next to theirs, so we can hear them going at it at night. It wasn’t too bad, until they started taking our sisters in with them. Then the moans and groans and slapping and slurping noises get louder, and sometimes we could hear someone crying and begging and the occasional scream. That would get us scared (and a little excited). Then in the morning, Mom and Daddy would come out with these big dopey smiles on their faces and give us the best hugs and kisses. Sometimes whichever sister went into their room with them would come out with a big, dopey grin too, but a lot of times they don’t. Those are the times when Mom or Daddy or sometimes both of them would have extra big smiles and great bulges in their bellies or between Daddy’s legs. A lot of times Mom would have another baby girl a few weeks after one of those nights. Daddy always insists we give the baby the same name as the sister who went in their room with them.
Not only do our new sisters get born super fast, but they also seem to grow up really quickly. That doesn’t match up with anything we learned in our old school, but life is very different here. A couple of the new sisters that were born right after we moved here are already bigger than us, and Mommy took New Amy into her room the night Daddy went to a convention. We had to take care of ourselves the next day because she said she had to stay in bed and “sleep it off.” A few weeks later we had a new sister named, you guessed it, Newer Amy. other time we got to take care of ourselves was when Mom and Daddy took three of our sisters on a special trip to the beach. Mom was all giggly about going on a second honeymoon. Debbie, Nancy and Tina were all so excited to go and Mom said they liked it there so much, they didn’t want to leave, so Daddy found a new home for them. The week before that trip something really weird happened. Daddy brought a friend of his from work home to have dinner with us. Mr. Wilson was really nice and friendly, but we didn’t like it so much when he would rub our hair like we were kids. After dinner, Mom had all us girls line up, like we were soldiers, then Mr. Wilson pretended to be a General, inspecting us. The younger sisters seemed to be having a lot of fun, but we thought it was kind of stupid. He picked out Ashley as his favorite, so Mom took her and Mr. Wilson back to their room and when they came out, Ashley had a big dopey grin on her face and was wearing nothing but some ropes tied around her. Mr. Wilson led her to his car by a rope around her neck. Daddy said later that the beach trip was on Ashley. Since then Mom and Daddy have had a bunch of friends over for dinner. Some just eat and sit around talking. Others pick out one of our sisters to play with in Mom and Daddy’s room. They usually have so much fun that they want to go home and live with the guest. Nell asked Mom the other day why we were never picked by their friends, or even asked into their room at night. Mom was so nice. She kind of teared up and told us that we were very special to her and Daddy, and that since we weren’t born here, they didn’t think we were mature enough. When she saw that upset us, she smiled and hugged us and told us not to worry, we would be ripe soon and she and Daddy had some very special plans for their favorite twin daughters.
