The Terrific Tamer of People, Dellianah
This song is well known to all pokemon trainers but for Dellianah, it holds a different meaning. You see, this trainer doesn't train pokemon, she trains people.
Why? Well, she has done it all, beat all the gym leaders, taken on the Elite Four more times than she can count and has maxed out her pokedex. Boredom begat mischief and a thought formed in her mind. While one pikachu may look like another, people were so varied, unique and unsuspecting~
Having amassed a small fortune and heading a secret research firm, the cruel young woman has developed a special kind of pokeball. These enhanced orbs will work on people as opposed to creatures, shrinking them down to mere inches and trapping them in the balls.
Such a change, sadly, is permenant, leaving the victim tiny, even should s/he break free of the trainer's clutches. Doing so may prove difficult though as the balls are specially designed to break the wills of those captured. Brainwashing programs work their magic, worming inside the victim's mind and making them more open to the suggestion that Dellianah is their master.
Of course, what's the point in keeping pets if you don't play with them? Sadly humans tend to be a lot more fragile than the bugs they resemble so playtime occasionally ends in Dellianah having to hunt for more pets.
She will occasionally battle her micros together for the honours of brushing her teeth, painting her nails or shining her shoes. Such menial tasks are great honours among her pets! Losers are deemed as weak and get punished; either demolished in a gulp or stomped flat beneath her foot.
RP Ideas
A Nation Under One - Dellianah is either a macro (somehow) or comes across a tiny city. She'd capture the entire city within one of her balls, brainwashing all the people within inside the sphere leading to mass worship of her goddess like self. (Can be extended to countries or even worlds for uber macro fun)
Dissent Among the Ranks - A particularly strong willed person is shrunken down but starts to get Del's other pets to revolt against her leading to a reversal of fortunes and possibly Del being shrunken herself by her former pets and forced to inhabit one of her own accursed capture balls.
Itty bitty living space... - Scene plays out as normal but the ball malfunctions leaving the freed victim at a massive height, either under Del's influence or not. The former could be amusing and Del would like the idea of using a macro 'pet' to torment others.
Inventory
Capture balls - Standard modified pokeballs that shrink the victim and encase them within. Mind altering takes place at the push of a button.
Micro balls - Rio (Before her untimely end) had used her technical genius to show Del how to use the balls to shrink a micro further each time they entered the ball. Gogo dustspecks~
Sprays - All manner of sprays to use on potential victims to make them easy for capture. Sleep sprays, paralysis sprays and so on.
