When making a fan character, it seems that I always feel like I am either telling people things they already know, or not even scratching the surface on who the character is. Well, that's what Google is for, I guess.
Long story short, Demona hates humans, and so has long plotted on ways to get rid of them all... eventually. It gets kind of hard, when plan after plan fails, and you get caught up in the day-to-day stuff.
Since her bigger plans have so far fallen through, Demona's current plan is to try to cull the human population, one by one, by attacking their numbers at their most vulnerable point: the next generation, i.e. their children. Each one that she eats will strengthen her for the next conflict, as well as keep them from growing up to further boost the humans' numbers. While not a perfect plan, it will serve until she gains more allies, and perhaps finds a final solution to her revenge.
Unfortunately, the lure of the human world has started to affect her judgment and will, and she has become easily tempted by the allure of the shiny lights and bright colors, even within the darkness of the night. The growing variety of non-human creatures she has found and interacted with has also put a damper on her plans, and the evil villainess has gone from a single-minded slayer of humans to one that enjoys getting bent over something and plowed by a handsome - well, you name it. Dragons, canines, serpents, just about anything that isn't human or demi-human (like catboys or the like) that catches her eye could find itself getting lucky with something technically old enough to have known one of their long-lost ancestors.
Demona has learned of a place where children can be found and eaten, Club_33.
As a Gargoyle, Demona is strong and agile with many abilities, but she is not all-powerful and can be defeated and devoured. Through another's wizardry, Demona becomes human herself during the day, and is much more vulnerable to being eaten during this time. When a predator manages to overcome Demona in either of her forms, their intent will determine what happens to Demona afterward. While Demona can reawaken herself by emerging from one of the city's many stone gargoyle statues (minus her memory of those events, which may/ fade even from the minds of those who ate her), those of strong and dominant will who consume her can potentially stop this from happening, in which case Demona will be gone forever. Demona can also be gone forever if she can be convinced to allow herself to be eaten or otherwise killed, the predator automatically overcoming any protections when she places her life in its hands/jaws/cock/etc. In which case, the digested goop/roasted carcass/splatter of cum she becomes may be her last (if the predator so desires).
(( In practical terms, if I have Demona let herself be eaten then consent for permavore is automatically granted, no need to ask. In fact, please don't, just tell me she is, give me a picture to replace hers with, and hang her as a trophy on the superior predator's profile)).
