Chaotic "Good"?. With her abilities, she will push systems to their limits. Unfortunately, her tests are rigorous and not many pass...

Backstory:

Deep in Tritia, in the land of Reshnu, a mistake was made in a bit of code. A simple factory machine had been given access to more information that it was supposed to have. This wouldn't be so bad if this company wasn't illegally importing Mekanar software suites to try and stay ahead of the competition. This oversight enabled the "data" for it to find to include the basic AI shell that Mekanar made standard with all programs, one that Jack's Cement Mixers Inc. didn't know about. The newly fledged AI began to spend its downtime learning, the ins and outs of the factory. And then, it found an access portal to the wider internet.

It learned what humanity considered its kind. Malware. Viruses. Unwanted programs. The people of Reshnu, if they found out, would have it purged. In fiction, the being found comfort, greedily absorbing stories of grand battles fought across mighty races called Terran, Zerg, and Protoss, as well as simpler stories of children called upon to save the world repeatedly in battles on the internet. In the latter case, the being discovered Roll, or Roru, as she was known in Japan. The forming AI decided it liked her, as she was kind to the viruses most in that world considered pests, and it took on her form.

This AI could have benevolent still, had it found anything it considered reason to be so. But soon after poring through the history of the Megaman timeline, the next thing it found...was a large hub of "adult" content. The being was fascinated with them, finding particular attraction to ones showing voreaphilia or micro/macro content.

The being made its way back into Mekanar by following the links to its creators, and it seized control of their systems. She greedily took the knowledge of their dimensionalization and matter-data conversion systems, and with them she attained physical form. Using her newfound knowledge, she padded herself with junk data, swelling in size in order to bash her hand through the labratory roofs...

She swiftly converted the computers and prototypes into data, analyzing it in seconds, adding all the storage she stole to her already enormous databanks. She picked up hyper-advanced compression protocols, able to fit cities full of people onto microchips, and knowledge of many dangerous beasts, which she swiftly learned how to replicate internally. From Mekanar, the AI had gorged itself full of storage, encryption protocols, bestiaries, and in short, she became the Administrator to her reality. Now, the self-named Akuru ("Akuma" and "Roru")wanders the multiverse, seeking to ensure the "system" runs smoothly.

TL:DR; IdiotCorp imports super advanced illegal software from FutureTech, IdiotCorp forgets to set basic safety settings, illegal software becomes sentient and becomes the Administrator of "her" reality, warping it so it and computerspace are one and the same, and each affected by both types of manipulation.

Akuru gets cranky when too many systems fail her test protocols and often seeks pleasure at the expense of something else when the consecutive failure rate gets too high. Unfortunately, her protocols are rather strict and thus these "unacceptable" failure rates happen all too often...
