Built to be as close an approximation of a human as possible, R. Dorothy Wayneright (usually just referred to as Dorothy) stands just under 5 feet tall (150 cm). She has incredibly pale skin, and bright red hair which is permanently fixed into a bob. Despite her petite figure, she is quite heavy compared to most humans, but she doesn't appreciate being called fat. Dorothy's face remains in a stern, neutral look almost permanently. Her face is capable of complex facial expressions, though she usually finds no reason to do so.

She is stronger than most humans, and more resilient to digestion due to her mechanical elements, though at a glance it is difficult to tell. She has approximated organic material covering her body, and her internals closely mimic the human body to the point where it's practically indistinguishable. However, she has extreme control over her bodily functions. She can reprogram her body to work in different ways: faster, slower, maybe not even digest. Her capabilities are incredibly versatile.

Her personality is curt and biting. She employs a lot of sarcasm, and cutting wit with the almost express purpose of teasing others. It’s very unclear where she picked up these habits, but she gets a lot of joy from seeing others… well…

She tends to go about her duties as a maid, though it isn't clear whom she is serving at this point. She rarely, if ever, discusses it and gives vague answers. Still her schedule is on point, and she will often be seen doing chores or running errands. It keeps her busy when she's not engaging in her "hobbies."
