Duty has a price but never has one had such a duty as an outward knight such as this gracious and deadly warrior that hails from the Boreal Valley. She very much enjoyed her time as a knight but there would come a time when her duty was just wasn't enough. Even though her self-made partner Vordt was never far from her side in battle, she still desired something...more. Not long after, Pontiff Sulyvahn granted the woman twin swords taking after his own...twin curved blades that she cherished above all others. But this was a mistake.
She became possessed by the very blades themselves then in due time, the eyes of the Pontiff themselves started to change her into a monster. Her limbs grew and her boddy changed yet her armor remained attached to her body. Her face, rumoured to have been a glorious sight to behold was no longer seen from behind the grilled mask she now wore.
Though her love for battle the ability to continue to dance through the battlefield never once waned, her sanity did. Normally, she would attack and slay any who would try to find passage into Lothric Castle...but in due time, her other personality started to surface. The tempatation came from another Lord of Cinder...one with which Pontiff SUlyvahn was well acquainted with...in a sense of the word. What if..what if she could devour her adversaries after defeating them? Would she become stronger? Become more graceful? Would her once perfect body be hers again? She had to find out.
None could verily defeat her in battle with a sword of flame in one hand and a ghastly one of ash in the other. Her moves were as graceful as water and her patience was beyond saintly. In due time, she learned the method to be quite effective. She would never admit it and would keep it secret from all who knew her. She had soon developed several methods of her own and would become quitee the striking figure...though she could never fully remove all of her armor as it had fused with her skin...well some had. Now she could show her face again...but those that would see it would only get a glimpse before finding themselves in darkness...a moist, warm darkness.
