The mind behind and profiteer of the best (and only) high quality restaurant in Adler's Peak, named simply after the owner, is the one and only DuCasse's a little asian place with recipes from our little Julia there and produce to order by the much more able and well paid ChefBea. While not too great of a cook herself, Julia is good with managment, saw the open market and pulled the trigger with her friend Bea. Inadvertantly creating a highlight of the town to travellers.
