Having survived countless wars, leading thousands into battle, and tearing gateways to alternate realms of existence; the Planeswalker finds himself here. Having originated in the realm Ravnica, Dvinn was a powerful mage of Selesnya who became cut off from his family. Besieged by hundreds of Rakdos Cacklers and various other devils serving Lord Rakdos himself, Dvinn tore a hole in the fabric of reality to escape the Lords' clutches and keep the knowledge he held of his Guilds' inner workings secret. What started as merely an escape plan, became something so much more; for his aim was for his home.. and instead he ended up on a desolate world called Myrridon. He wandered here for years, plying his magics to bring new life to the desolate world on the verge of being torn asunder by the Eldrazi. He alone held a bastion of natural growth in this hostile land against the endless armies of the mad artificer Memnarch, only to then be ousted by the inexorable tide of the Eldrazi. Using the same escape method, though a little more refined; he managed to step into a new realm. This one was vibrant and powerful, and as of yet untouched by civilization. While it was a culture shock to the cityborn mage, he indeed managed to survive the hostile wilds he came to know as Alara. The Naya seemed particularily impressed with his command over the natural world and the inherent elemental magics, enough so that the creatures allowed him to construct his own bastion yet again. However, this time; he made it exist far beyond the realms of even Alara itself.
Having travelled more than three Planes, he was no longer the young upstart he was when Lord Rakdos came to call on his Guild Estate. He had blossomed into a powerful Planeswalker, capable of passing beyond the very bounds of reality in any plane and forge his own path through the endless multiverse. With his own bastion created, and his own army raised from the very wilds of Alara; he became a force to be reckoned with. Enough so that soon his ascent had led him to explore new Planes, ever in search of power and eluding the pursuit of his counterpart Planeswalkers scattered throughout the multiverse. He had met Jace Belerin briefly, and while the two shared no animosity towards eachother.. Jace did feel it was only fair to warn Dvinn of the powerful Greed the other Planeswalkers' felt for power, power that Dvinn could command far easier than most. And so, they decided it would be best if Dvinn never really settled anywhere; and so they ripped his Bastion from the tethers of the Material Planes and began a journey that led Dvinn all the way here, to the Nexus Park.
He now wanders through this territory called Nexus, using his magic to ensure his survival and entertainment never end. He could control the elements as fluidly as breathing, but his specialty would always remain with natural magic. Dvinn is capable of growing an army from a sapling, as well as transforming any natural formation he came across to suit his whims. He has yet to carve out his own piece of this park as of yet, prefering to keep his Bastion held en rift, for he could simply take a step while in the park and simply appear in his secure home. Dvinn will, however, always be an Elf at heart; and as such he adores a good gathering of friends; be it over a meal or simply the pleasure of their company. He's been known to throw parties quite unknowingly to his friends, for no apparent reason other than simply to make their night a little more enjoyable.
As opposed to sliders, I'd rather just say that I'm pretty much open to anything and everything. You can't imagine what kinds of things he's already come across in his travels across the Multiverse, as some of those things make this place look like a nursery. This is my challenge to you, Show me something I've never seen before. I can promise you, that is my every intention with any scene I get involved in.
