Background:
Eeos, the founder and head of the Predator Tracking and Control Agency (otherwise known as the PTCA), is a powerful celestial being who has taken it upon herself to impose her idea of justice and balance upon the world. When she first descended upon the mortal world inhabited by humans, and “hybrid” species that saw the humans as a food source, she was met by village of humans who thought her a goddess. While powerful beyond the imaginations of those primitive humans, she was still no goddess in her own eyes – Eeos, like most beings with egos however, did not prevent anyone from worshipping her as a divine being. Over the next two centuries she built an empire that spanned the known world. Humans and hybrid, and other bestial creatures, were living in harmony at last. However delicate of a balance it was, Eeos had achieved her goal.
Eeos’ empire lasted nearly a millennium. It came to an end when the weaponry of her opponents became too powerful and destructive to suppress anymore. Eeos saw her empire split up and she was forced to retreat underground, taking a small remnant of her faithful followers with her. She sought to rebuild her empire through more subtle means – this would require much time and patience on the behalf of the immortal celestial being. Fortunately, she had plenty of both. Through the centuries, Eeos and her followers infiltrated and influenced territories from the shadows. Occasionally, she would surface and give those keeping an eye on her something to watch. She has spent time in many lands, in many cultures, posing as nearly everything one can imagine; including the captain of a band of pirates, a knight, a samurai, a barbarian, and even a meager office clerk in the modern era. She has brought the Predator Tracking and Control Agency into the open, and she has agreed to play by the rules of the powers that be. But while they think Eeos has no plans beyond what she allows them to see, one can rest assured that the long-lived being still intends on regaining control of the entire world and shaping it to fit her ideology.

Personality:
Soft spoken, gentle, and unbelievably amiable - Eeos has a wide spreading aura about her that can cause any place to suddenly feel like a paradise. But as pleasant as she can be, she can also be chillingly ruthless when it comes to doling out punishments. To be judged by Eeos, the woman whose face has never known a frown, can be the most pleasant experience one can have or the most dreadful.
Powers and abilities:
- All the powers one would expect a goddess-like being to possess
- she is of course skilled in both armed and unarmed combat after having hundreds of years to train
- the sword she sometimes wields can grow along with her even when she's not holding it

Sure, Eeos possesses great power but that doesn't mean her player will suddenly condone god moding or power gaming by anyone involved in a role play. I will refrain from such activities and I hope you will too. I'm not the type to be impressed by your characters' moves, power level, or his bad-ass rating. Please be respectful to me and my characters because I'll be to you and yours.
