Born on a forest planet, Effie was part of a tribal society of Lamia's, her mother was a great, big, 60 feet in length, the leader of it. Her father was around, ten feet shorter, but unimportant details aside.
Some great big militaristic+science organization flumped down on the planet some day because it had 1: a bunch of sentient, inhuman creatures, 2: a billion trees to lob down, and 3: Giant alien animals.
Fast forward to know, she, the eight child of the brood and youngest has a fine education, a...somewhat stable worklife, Albeit, her seeing coworkers and various customers as a perfectly viable foodsource doesn't help her resume.
Personality wise; she is generally rather kind, avoidant of rude people and creeps, easy going and such, hates busywork, and sees almost anyone and anything as food until they either A. Prove themselves interesting, or B. Have a strong appearance and/or demeanor that demands authority.
As such, romance and prolonged story/relationships with her are extremely difficult.
