Elastigirl

Meet Helen Truax. Expecting the last name 'Parr' there? Well, that's to be expected. After all, her uniform would indicate that she indeed married Bob Parr and became the superheroine known as Mrs. Incredible. However, this is not the case. You see, Helen is a touch younger than her counterpart, and one may notice that the 'I' that would normally adorn the emblem of her uniform is replaced by an 'EG' as it was in her younger days. In the concept of comics and fiction, Helen is what one may call a 'reboot'. In terms of reality, she may be referenced as an alternate entity brought forth from a dimension in which she never became romantically interested in Mr. Incredible and merely changed costumes at the advice of Edna Mode, whom recommended she take a slightly darker look to fit her more-threatening personality after being jaded by an as of yet unnamed individual and becoming more vigilante than hero.

Indeed, the name 'Elastigirl' has gained a surprising amount of notoriety amongst gangs as she began to realize a simple fact; no matter how many times she threw crooks, villains, and madmen in jail, they'd never truly learn their lesson. So, she developed a certain system for repeat offenders. First time, she'd simply take them to jail per normal. Second, fifteen minutes in a private 'holding cell' of her own design before the drop off. Three strikes and the sucker's out. Of course, Edna didn't have knowledge of the third occurrence, which lead to a string of murder charges against the evasive heroine and a rather persistent manhunt afterward. Surprisingly, Helen managed to evade authorities for quite some time while still managing to complete her 'duty' as a heroine, punishing evildoers and sticking to her system... Unless they were particularly handsome or lovely, at which point they'd likely be goners anyway, something Helen would justify by claiming that 'they wouldn't last in jail' and that she was 'doing them a favor and getting it over with.'

Eventually, she ended up trapped in this plane between worlds by mere accident, but without the persistence of police, she doesn't seem to care much. After all, her methods (known as vore within the confines of this area) seemed to be smiled upon rather than written off as mere murder, turning the vigilante back into a true defender of the streets and one of the more recognizable heroes of the Park and the city surrounding it.

Elastigirl is capable of stretching and conforming her body up to 100' per particular part with a minimum thickness of one millimeter. She is also gifted with the ability to mold her form into various shapes. This, as one may assume, has benefits in crime-fighting as well as sexual aspects, to which Helen is oft to deviate now due to her predatory nature. Unfortunately, due to her elastic nature, this also means that she can be compacted by a strong enough opponent, making her an easy target for even those incapable of devouring prey that is 'regularly sized'.
