Elena Yinstina isn't from the lands she now currently resides in. She was sent to investigate the "Event" that was felt from her lands. When herself and her retainers finally landed on Japan's shores. They found a land engulfed by the flames of civil war. She attempted to figure why things were happening, when her group came across a town outside a big fortress. At first the people were confused to see foreigners there, but then a battle broke out between the forces of the Queen and the Akari. She didn't yet know what was going on, and ended up aiding the defenders in this case, the Queen's side. When the dust settles, Elena and her retainer had a few swollen midsections. The samurai of the Queen had seen the foreigners work. Asking the group to come before the princess of the fortress.
The princess and Elena spoke while the retainers of each quietly watched everything else. At one point Elena's belly acts up only to be swiftly crushed back into stillness by the foreigner. When they act up again, Elena absorbs her prisoner, in front of the princess. Of course this is where the princess ask of her followers can do the same. Which they can, and prove by simply doing so. This display, along with showing her might on the battlefield, got the princess to see about getting her an audience with the Queen....
Fast forwarding some time, Elena and her retainers are in Kyoto, where Elena herself does meet the powerful Queen. A long talk takes place, with the Queen persuading Elena to join her under the pretenses of helping her bring order back to "her" country. The foreigner hadn't yet a full picture of things, but she valued law and order greatly, and so in the end, Elena knelt and was sworn into the Queen's service.
Elena's might and leadership saw her quickly rise in the ranks of the Queen, possibly helped by the unshakable loyalty of her retainers, them heeding no other. When asked, her retainers would say they were loyal to only Yinstina. Thusly through them Yinstina began to show her prowess for military applications, and such began her rise to power and providence.
Upon reaching the rank of Princess, she was assigned a shinobi bodyguard by the Queen. When this ninja presented herself and kneeled before the rising Princess, Yinstina told the ninja to swear her loyalty to herself. The ninja stated she only stayed because she was on the Queen's orders. Yinstina angrily stated that the ninja should be loyal to the one giving her the orders, the one she'd be traveling with, living with. A minor back and forth, before the ninja swore herself to Yinstina's service. This act would later be rewarded.
The ninja was sent on a solo mission that went very south, very quickly. The ninja ended up in the womb of an Akari ninja, getting absorbed in the end. Princess Yinstina didn't sit idle, when she got word of her ninja's fate, Elena prepared for war. The Princess and her followers attacked the forces of Akari, the princess's quiet fury, eventually ending in the capture of the ninja that had absorbed her fallen ninja. Elena unbirthed this ninja and then saddled up. She took her followers with her back to Queen controlled lands, the Princess crushing the ninja within her womb the entire way. Once home in the castle of Langstone, Elena interrogated then absorbed her captive. Then the princess made for a shrine. The lost ninja eventually slowly woke up after being returned to her normal form, the shrine maidens and Yinstina standing over her once fallen bodyguard. The ninja was now completely loyal to Yinstina, more to her then the Queen.
This loyalty to her people made her something of an enigma. Enemies of the Queen even found they could openly speak with Elena and her retainers, presuming their weapons stayed in their sheaths. There have been a few attempts at the princess's life because of this, but so far, all attempts have ended with the attacker ending up as womb food for the princess.
Elena's charge was ever the same, bring order to chaos. However her time under the Queen might be coming to an end. The princess had begun see the cruelty and fear the Queen commands over the people she was to rule. Elena had many times tried to earn and keep the people's favor, and had at times been successful. But still, the bonds between her and the Queen have begun fray and wear down...
Whatever does the future hold for the warrior princess?
