The wonderous thing known as life goes through many phases. The first is one being brought into the world, the first phase of the thing called life. The time in which one experiences various times and experiences. Some fun, sad, hard. This is how one may perceive their experiences in life.

But whatever happens in life, one must cherish the memories of it as one doesn't live forever. As the days go by, one ages. Older and older until the phase of life known as death draws close. Its like the fire of a candle, burning strongly at first but eventually like life, that candle ultimately flickers out. And once that happens, someone's death occurs. That particualar person's life is over and they transcend to a higher plane of existence that lies beyond the one that living beings reside on. That plane of existence is known as the afterlife, a place where all beings travel to after death.

One may simply wonder around the strange, foggy earthlike plane. It seemed as if the person was in a forest of some sort. One may simply wander around this strange fog ladden plane until they see something perculiar. Suddenly, cutting through the thick fog is a light and as it gets closer to the person. It is then revealed that the being walking towards them is a spirit with a lantern in hand. This seemingly friendly spirit then explains to the person that they're dead and can't wander around forever and that it was their job that they head to the place where their final resting place will be determined. Either heaven or hell.

Upon asking who the spirit is, it'll simply smirk and tell the being that it goes by many names "The Grim Reaper.", "Death." Or simply "The Reaper." As the figure draws within a couple steps of the person. They are able to see that it appears to be feminine with kind and caring blue eyes. This Reaper is known as Cinna Zea, one of the more notable Reapers in the afterlife mainly due to the fact family members in her family in the past had been reapers, one after the other as far as anyone can remember! As Cinna leads the person through the forest, they eventually come to a river wide and seemingly impassable. On the other side, one can see a city and in its heart a great palace which is known by many in the afterlife as the "Palace Of Judgement" or the place where souls travel to upon death to determine their final resting place. Upon crossing the river via one of the boats moored on the banks of the river. One will find themselves in the largest city in this realm of the afterlife, Altoi.

Like, a city in the living world. Altoi is generally busy with the inhabitants moving to and fro trying to take care of whatever it is they have to do. After wandering through the city, exploring, one will eventually come across the Palace Of Judgement. A marvelous looking palace that exudes an angelic aura. Upon heading inside and heading into the main room. It is then time, time for the person to be judged upon their past actions in life. If their heart was filled with good then they'll be allowed to allowed to go onto their own personal heaven but if their heart was filled with evil, blackness then they'll be sent down to hell. Whatever decision has been made, Cinna, the Reaper, has to carry it out, using her lantern, she guides the person to their final place in the afterlife. The spirit known as Elneis "Ellie" Zea or just Ellie to family, those that knew her and most importantly, friends. Ellie always looked up to her mother due to the fact that she was a Reaper, one of many in this realm that guided the souls of the departed to their final resting place. Though, she knew that there were other type of reapers. ((Many exist within the Spiritual Plane but the type of reaper that Cinna is. Is the most common one.)) She knew that one day that she'd become a reaper like her mother and carry on the family legacy.

But until that day came, Ellie simply helped out around the city as much as she could, doing whatever task any higher up asked of her. The other spirits within the city saw Ellie as very, VERY helpful spirit, kind and most of all cute. Many, many years passed but time doesn't seem to matter on this plane of existence. The spirits here don't seem to age. One may consider them immortal in a way because of this. Doing this time, Ellie continued to help those in the city in anyway that she could and when she wasn't doing that,was either exploring the lands outside of the city or at home, reading to learn more at the Spiritual Plane or simply doing something...less productive such as watching TV or playing video games. One day, her mother eventually passed on the duties of being a reaper to Ellie. Why? The reason being is that Cinna had retired from doing such a duty and as such, it was time to pass on the title of "Death" to Ellie. At first the girl was surprised that this had happened so suddenly and had doubts of her being able to perform the job to the best of ability like her mother before her. Cinna saw the worry in her daughter's eyes and consoled her a bit by embracing her tightly. She then promised to teach Ellie everything that she knew about being a reaper.

That comforted the spirit some and all that day, Ellie could be seen with her mother, training, training to become a reaper. Eventually, the girl had learned all she could from her mother. The rest? She'd have to learn more through experiences and just by meeting other people that she could build on her power and grow as a reaper. But since Ellie is just a reaper that's just starting out, convincing people that she's a reaper is a little difficult due to her size and stature. This kinda makes her job a little difficult but its tolerable still as she still manages to guide someone to their final resting place, using the lantern that her mother gave her. It was the lantern that had been passed on from generation to generation in their family. In a way, it was a family hierloom! When she isn't in the spirit world, exploring or spending time in the city that she grew up in, relaxing or helping others out. Then she may be found in the living world, simply exploring. Why, she even has an apartment there in the living world, a place that she can be found most often when she's not at work, reading, relaxing. Ellie hopes that someday, she becomes as great as a reaper that her mother was before her.

Personality

Adventurous, studious, always of help, loves the thrill of exploration, slightly mischievous. ((Some of the girl's jokes aren't very funny. She has a slightly dark sense of humor that is masked slightly by her cute looks.)) unpredictable and most of all, fun loving. Is what can describe the spirit known as Ellie who aspires to become a great reaper and to accomplish that, the girl often may be found reading books on various subjects such as magic, those on Reapers and anything that interests her really. Why, in her studies, she's learned a few methods of reaping a soul. The girl doesn't always need her scythe! Ellie's job isn't as always easy, at times when she's out to claim someone, one may not take her very seriously and may not think that she's a reaper due to her small size and stuture. Should this happen, then most likely, Ellie will become annoyed or upset and when that happens, watch out! The little reaper may prove to the person that she is a reaper by taking their soul and either she'll consume it or stuff it into the lantern that she carries. Despite either option, the soul is later released later, unharmed. When she isn't at work, the girl can be seen exploring, wandering around and getting into trouble. She is a little mischievous. But such mischief can often get land Ellie into unexpected but fun adventures! The Reaper is quite a fun person, fun loving actually, she may be seen at her apartment playing games, she loves those quite a bit. Why, she incorporates games into her job as a Reaper, often challeging people that's she's to claim to a game. Win, and she'll extend that person's time to live but lose, and she'll take them. ((To either heaven or hell.)) But if she likes the person then she'll take their soul and consume it, keeping it trapped in her belly, teasing it. In a way, this is a way of getting a soul to the afterlife. The Reaper's belly is a personal heaven for the souls she reaps in this manner~ Whenever she's out, Ellie is always seeking ways to become better as a reaper, may it be through a new ability or power that she may pick up from reading or just exploring. Who knows? Someone may be kind enough to help her be a better reaper!

Powers and Abilities

Prediction: This is a power that she inherited from her mother. At times, Ellie may receive a vision of the future predicting someone's demise. Almost always, her premonitions are right. However, she doesn't let everyone in that she sees in those premonitions die! If its someone thats's a friend or that's she's close to then she'll try her best to save them from the the ghastly fate that might befall them! She's a reaper and seeing someone that's close die sucks and she detests whenever that happens!

Ellie's Lantern: This is a family heirloom that was passed down from generation to generation before it was eventually given to Ellie by her mother. Its an old fashioned black lantern that gives the appearance of it being quite old. Though, Ellie doesn't know how old it is exactly! With this lantern, she is able to guide the souls of the departed to their final resting place. However, should a soul try to flee from her then she can draw the soul into the lantern, trapping it! It is also capable of reforming others and herself should something happen. Ellie is almost always seen with her lantern when she's out. As one never knows when she'll need it!

Magical Prowess: This is something that she inherited from her mother due to her being a reaper. Before her mother passed on her duties to Ellie. She was often reading magic books and practicing her magic. Which...wasn't very good to say the least. But as time went on, her magic grew and grew. Now, she's adept at using magic but not the best. The magic that she's capable of helps her out as a Reaper immensely!
