Deep within an unknown hidden location where even it will take days on foot or instantly by a secret teleportation method. A private soceity of female elves live in for the most part harmony. The elven village was established by the wealthy, but caring Lusha. While she is almost never seen at the village itself, she made it to help get abused elves out from their terrible life and a chance at a calm peaceful life. It does not matter the elven species one is as long as the soceity works together.

No elf is bound to stay forever, if they wish to leave to find elsewhere to live, they can and are welcome to return anytime so as long as they did not commit a terrible crime. To return they would have to go to one of the trusted elves with the ability to bring them there.
