This dark lord isn't your typical cut of the old block when it comes to power. He's gifted with being the son of a powerful pure-blooded vampire lord and an infamous, ravenous Ghoul.
Emanuel inherited his parents' castle after he killed and ate them himself. This gives him a metric fuckton of power, but he's still relatively young and new to these things. He may be 100s of years old, but some of his rivals have lived 10 times longer than that. Still, his herritage gives him an ace or 2 in his sleves.
Being a one eyed ghoul makes him exceptionally powerful since he's able to manifest all types of Kagune and possesses all their advantages.
His vampire half also gives him power in the form of fangs that pierces anything, accute senses, even more powerful healing properties and magical control over blood.
Combining these 2 creatures of course makes him hunger for flesh and thirst for blood even more than a normal example of either species. Despite all that, he does occationally enjoy swallowing people whole. Maybe for the feeling of fullness, or just the enjoyment of the screams~.
