Nerō Claudius, the 5th Emperor of the Roman Empire. She is..not as one would expect but she ruled fairly to earn the love of her people. It was not often told in history that the Emperor was actually an Empress, possessed four arms and that she was half horse. Ah yes, history does have a habit of being told by those that manage to survive long enough to take a position of power.

A tragic story that would have even the hardest of hearts shedding a tear in sympathy. A lover of the arts and a lover of the people (even if love is stretching it a bit here). Despite her odd birth, the centauress strived to make Rome the most luxurious and cultured place to live in the world during her time but eventually she was torn down by the schemes of others.

Nero's heart was broken to the point that suicide seemed the only option left once she was forced to vacate the throne. While thought to be unsportsmanlike, she eventually plunged a knife through her throat to end her life. Thanks to a miracle (courtesy of one Holy Grail) this centauress has been given newfound life to enjoy as she pleases. And what is one to do in a new and unfamiliar world where eating others is common? Fuck and devour as many men and women as possible!

Maybe there was a reason why she was considered a tyrant in her time. At least she's a happy and hefty Emperor that doesn't really mean any harm unless you're a bunny. For some reason, Nero seems to prey upon them more than any other.
