Ergon

Ergon Potere is a tall, sandy-blond haired man with sea-green eyes, and a slender build. A natural at science, this 29 year old genius has blended a knowledge of genetics and physics into gene sequences that can be (carefully) adapted to a particular individual to initiate a limited selection of super abilities.

Though he was very thorough in his non-human studies, to date, Ergon has only used himself for human trials. He isn't very active as a hero or any such, for the most part he's hoping to be a hero of a different sort, one who can bring some of the benefits of being 'super human' to the rest of humanity.

But despite his work, his treatments have to be laboriously modified for each individual to be safe. His non-human experiments had shown that so far. Even identical twins could have post-embryonic changes that would alter things in subtle ways.

The low-level improvements are the closest to that goal however. it would really be a loss to the human race if he were captured by some one selfish or evil, and all his works went to serve them instead...

Completely controlled: Electricity, magnetism, electromagnetism (includes radiation/light)

Partial control: Heat (radiant heat is infrared light, heat beams would be IR lasers)

Work in progress: Strong/weak nuclear forces, gravity

Eventually: Kinetic energy, exotics
