First of all, Erigale will always seem calm, unless something drastic happens. It's simply in her nature to be shy and polite. She lived a life of travelling, so keeping on the move or settling down are both viable options for her.

She never knew her real parents, turning up on an orphage door when she was roughly a 1 year old, she doesn't truly know her birthday but put it as the day she was taken into the orphanage that would be her home. Within the walls she experienced a hollow life, the others always seemingly treating her worse then the others. they said she was too graceful, too refined to be one of them. It's true that she always tries to look elegant, her gentle demeanour usually genuine but sometimes forced, because it's easier to hide the pain in a smile.

She was adopted at 10, by a somewhat wealthy family. They had difficulties in having a child of their own and had resorted to adopting as a final hope, and it was her grace that made Erigale stand out. She had been there for fewer years than many of the other kids and been taken in sooner, the envy spread like a wildfire and the night before she was to leave they beat her to within an inch of her life. It was only after 3 months in hospital did she see her new home. Spending the next 7 years with her adopted parents was happy enough, her parents hired various tutors to teach her everything from what would be learned in public schools. They doted on her as if a miracle, though sometimes the happier the public picture means the darker the secrets.

Her mother she loved, a lady in herself and the young girl's teacher of grace and gentleness, but her father was little more then a rich drunk at most times, though when sober he was caring and apologetic, but nothing stopped him from drinking more and more. It was on her 18th birthday he tried to rape her, though an early warning from her mother meant she had prepared to flee. He came into her room just as she finished packing, seeing what she was doing he accused her of abandoning her parents and being a selfish whore he pulled a knife, he didn't see his wife behind him with a vase, which she brought over his head. When the morning came, the father and mother awoke to an empty house, Erigale had left wthout her things and without a goodbye.

She adores little children be they human, neko, furry or scaled. Though with no children of her own, she always loves to take care of kids. She hopes to have some of her own, wether by natural means or adoption.
