Euphemia has been struggling with coping with her new-found status of ground-dweller. She quite enjoyed the calm loneliness of
life in the upper-atmosphere, eating all the junk she could... But such an inactive lifestyle was bound to have consequences.
For practically her entire life, Euphy's weight had been on a steady incline... Not that she really ever noticed; she was alone up
in her former home. But as her body became softer, her altitude began to lower-- now THAT she did notice, but she couldn't fathom why
she was sinking down to the below! What could possibly be causing her rapid descent?
Eventually, she made contact with the
ground... And what a world it was! She didn't know ANYTHING about it! So many different people and sights and sounds and smells
to which she had never before been exposed! And nor had she realised that she was naked until she saw, from the shadows, that other
things walking around were wearing coverings on their bodies! She looked around for one herself, careful to attempt to stay out of
sight after one unfortunate incidence with one of the ground-dwellers screaming at the sight of her un-clothed form. After days of
searching for some form of covering, she finally happened upon an oversized sweater abandoned in an alleyway. Her socks and boots
came shortly thereafter. Finally, she thought, she could move freely about this new environment and learn all she could about the
world!
