Journal Entry #1: I grabbed a good one this time, I really did. Size of 6'7'', White Male, 240 lbs. Very athletic build, I was lucky he didn't put up too much of a fight, very close to exposure, but the risk was worth it. Once he was out, minimal effort was needed to bring him back to the lab. It was an exhausting day. After chaining him up, I hooked up the monitors and sat back to enjoy a nice glass of scotch. Hopefully he will be the last one and not fail me.

Journal Entry #2: Screaming, Yelling, Threatening. It was an average dose of the usual when they wake. I usually let them scream themselves hoarse for a few days after realizing it is useless. Even then, depending on how tenacious they are, it might be a lot longer. Weather was moderate today... more humid then I care for. Checked the monitors, pretty much expected it.

Journal Entry #3: More yelling, but it lessened a bit. Certainly is one of the more thick headed ones that I have taken. Most would try to observe the cell now at this point, but he hasn't. One more day until I make myself known.

Journal Entry #4: It is what I expected when trying to approach him. Snarling, yelling threats. Perhaps I should have waited another day. Well, he will learn. I do love his psysique though, certainly the strongest out of all the others. Perhaps this one will surprise me and allow me to stop persuing this experiment.

Journal Entry #5: I should install some sort of fan in these rooms. The man, his scent was known when I opened the door... only reason I do not care for working with men is this sole reason. Whatever the case, I looked down on him as he leaned against the wall, chains rattling as he gasped to yell, his throat dry, if he pushed to much he might bleed. It has only been 4 Days since he has eaten nor drank anything... perhaps I can leave him one more day? His body should last some.

Journal Entry #6: I may have waited a bit to long. His body laid  in the room, a low moan escaping his throat. At least he is alive! Perhaps this will work. Thankfully I had this hose installed. A quick Spray was needed and you would not believe how a body reacts to cold water! Like I expected though, he moved and drank what was thrown at him, gulping at the water with such greed. After a minute I stopped, knowing if he kept going at this rate he might drown himself somehow. I preferred Experiment #12. Now there was a human with tenacity and ingenuity. Back to yelling, at least him starving made him stop... quite a loud stomach on that one

Journal Entry #7: Feeding day. I prepared a little treat for him today. My special meat breads that have gone with critical acclaim to many of my guests. Of course, longpig is popular to most people as long as they do not ask what its from. As soon as I opened the door, that smell buffeted hit me like a tank... I really need to work in a fan in that room. Soon enough, the food I prepared seemed to get to the man. It was there, for a short moment! such feral rage, such animalistic hunger flowing through those eyes. He was proud, he would not beg but it was not a requirement to continue this progress. Standing several feet away I could see his nose flare, his pupils dilate as I tossed him the meal. Pride be damned it seemed! He did not check to see if it was poison. He just downed it, gulping and smacking wildly, filling his belly with such greed! A smile was brought to my face as I left, ignoring his shouts of anguish. A job well done, and some progress was made. Perhaps I will treat myself to that thigh of that girl from earlier.

Journal Entry #8-10: Giving the subject some time to stew a bit... Deeming it important to deprive them of such facilities, namely of human contact in general. In prior experiments, they always began to show reluctance when I left, some wanting me to stay in the room... I just have to tease him a bit. Trivial I know, but it works.

Journal Entry #11: What a terrible storm we have received! Even down here I can feel the rumbles of the thunder, I am sure he is feeling it as well... as minimal as it might be, this could be a setback. I checked the monitors just in case... seems he is out of it, sick? I flickered the lights on...there was movement! Seems hunger is working against him now. Tomorrow he shall get a better treat.

Journal Entry #12: Storm has passed and the fields have a nice shine to them... one day I will start an orchard. I was a bit more generous in this helping for him, using a bit of a chemical I produced that took ages to get to a working degree without killing the consumer. This time I sliced the meat into larger chunks... next feeding would be whole? As planned, upon my arrival, there was a snarl, and movement that resembled an injured animal backing into a corner. This one seems to be retreating much faster then others before. Before long, the smell of the roll seduced him and once again I could see that primal hunger. I moved closer to him, baiting him with the sweet smelling bread, tossing him half of it and just watched as he gripped and bit into it, not even concerning himself with a dry throat! In mere moments he was done, his stomach doming slightly due to the inclusion of food, growling in acceptance. His eyes went from the roll to the one in my hand, to which I tossed over, the cracking of bones barely audible to the noise he made but it was there and added into his growing belly. Despite rage in his eyes, he was in minor pain, his throat scraped up, to which I granted him the gift of water. He drank greedily, his eyes never leaving mine as I walked out, just as he cursed me again. He quited much faster today though.

Journal Entry #13: I had to do something about that smell... perhaps before next feeding something will be done... there is just risk I am trying to avoid ruining a pattern like this.

Journal Entry #14: Police arrived at the door today. They were just asking questions regarding the disappearance of a 'Jared Trent'. So that was his name, I nearly forgot after I incinerated his clothing. After this, his name will no longer matter anyway. They left, I told them the whole "I will let you know if I find anything" and we left in good graces with each other.

Journal Entry #20: Seems the chemical is working rather well. I came into the room to a seething animal, drool forming at his lips. Perhaps I should tone down the concentration because this is nearing a level of risk. I know the chains will hold but... just imaging what that stomach is doing to itself, I rather not have him die this far in. This time I threw him a larger roll, complete with whole micro humans inside. Not that it mattered, they disappeared fast, his teeth rending them like they were nothing and gulping noisily. His stomach stretched a bit more... gotta watch it so he doesn't pop. After throwing him more water, in which he drank noisily as well, he turned to me, squatting down as he just looked, quiet. A motion of a voice escaped him which could closely be considered the word "Why". I left that unanswered as "why" would become necessary to reply to.

Journal Entry #21: I merely watched him through the monitors and was surprised to see him in the same position. His belly was now flat, but he remained in that squatting position, his eyes at the door. Perhaps he knew I was watching him at that time as he retreated to the wall and held his knees to his chest, still staring ahead. Perhaps I have to up feeding times

Journal Entry #22: I have to say I was a fool for putting that much in him at one time, now either I tone the amount down or up it for progress and toning it down might result in malnourishment in a very fast pace... sometimes I am too proactive for my own good.

Journal Entry #23: Was it time for this? The past days of looking through the monitors point to "YES". Once again he sat out, eyeing the door, it seemed that he discovered a pattern, perhaps being someone that had detected the day shifting. I doubt it but its something to muse over later. New rolls were made, larger with the human inside being a bit more lively. As I entered, I could just feel the hunger emenate from him, that chemical being rather progressive and the sound of drool forming and slapping onto the floor was another thing. Also, his clothes were gone. Now he crouched, nude, no shame anymore it seems. A smile went to my lips as I threw him the first one. I think for a moment he felt something move inside, curious for a moment before a roar escaped his belly. That curiosity was replaced with a viciousness that I haven't seen in prior experiments. No hesitation, just a huge bite out of the roll and it was gone. The small sounds of screaming completely faded out by the smacking of his lips, the crunch of the body inside and the loud gulping. Blood even oozed from his lips, only to be lapped up with that rough tongue. Again I threw him a moving treat, this time he did not stop to look at it curiously, only biting hard into it, the screams dulled by his teeth chomping through it and gulping it down. Last roll and repeated. He looked content by the last one, sighing a bit before sitting down on the bare metal floor. It seemed not to bother him much as it did others. Good. Moving into a corner I found his clothes and picked them up with a gloved hand and proceeded to incinerate them when I moved to the upper levels. Leaving him in the dark, I could hear a very audible burp follow my departure. Truly a marvel.

Journal Entry #32: May have seriously underestimated the dosage. Had to resort to feedings every other day or else he would be pained. Of course I know that pain is a part of it, but his stomach was tearing itself apart for food. I cannot lose this one! Dammit... this just made me more work to do.

Journal Entry #33: I stopped trying to hide that there were living beings in the rolls, there was no point to it now. No matter, the hunger won out and the wriggling form that I know he could feel was consumed. It did not matter anymore, which could be a good thing, but I was not expecting this... I guess I am complaining about it working against me schedule I suppose. His belly bulged out more then before and there was better color in his skin and face. Strength returning. I have to be more careful now.

Journal Entry #37: EVERYDAY. EVERYDAY IT NEEDS FOOD. It is too far to stop the experiment but damn it. He gets this silly look on his face now when I come in, almost like he is joyed to see me, associating me with food and water. While it is true, it is eerie. His eyes trying to lock with mine. Dare I move closer?

Journal Entry #38: Closer I moved and I was surprised. I actually fed him by hand today, but of course this is the time I stopped hiding what he was eating. There it was, a seven inch human female in my hand when I approached, seared and seasoned. His eyes perked, looking at me then at her, drool dripping from his lips as his eyes narrowed further. It was like there was some sort of revelation trying to pop in his mind, but the smell she gave off... oh it destroyed him! He was trying to piece something together but the growl was heard and I just had to dangle her in front of his mouth. Like a snake, his head shot out and sealed itself around the top half of there human female, an audible moan escaping him as she screamed and wiggled, slowly sucking her fully into his mouth before those screams were replaced by a loud crunch and then an audible gulp. He seemed content! His eyes looked back up to me as I pulled out another one and it was repeated, crunching and smacking the girl like she was just another chicken leg. Bulges flowed down his throat and into his belly, which swelled out just a little bit now that he was being fed every day now. Three more girls would follow the same suite and this is when I felt I was pushing boundaries. He leaned back, a small little belly formed as I moved to him, perfectly in reaching distance for him to do anything. However, his hands stayed to their sides as he just watched my form. Did I break him that fast? My hand moved to his gut, feeling it pulse and tighten around the meal inside. A stroke. One stroke was given to it and I heard a moan escape him, obviously liking it, so I obliged. After a small time I set a bottle of water near him to which he drank vigorously. As I went to leave I felt a hand on my pant leg. My mind fled to worst scenarios that could occur but he seemed to want me near him. I could not do that, so I gently pulled my leg from him and turned back, his head down. His belly could be heard digesting away. However, he did not ask anything this time. I just muttered "Good boy..." Before leaving, a rustle in chains sounding  as he looked up as I left. Status: His mind is barely there, and it more like I broke a dogs spirit only to rebuilt it. Not exactly what I wanted but still useful.

Journal Entry #54: Time has come! with Experiment #15 Showing such improvement in strength, I think it is time to go to Stage II. After his meal (which has expanded greater by the way), I moved to rub his belly, causing him to become rather complacent, his eyes closed and a low moan escaping him. Using this time, I placed a syringe to his neck and he was out. If anything he felt a small prick. Now came the part I was regretting. I hoisted this behemoth of a man, complete with stench to follow and managed to get him onto a small gurney. Moving quickly I had him moved over to the Lab #2. Moving him onto a rather large stone table, I strapped him in carefully and took full advantage of his knocked out state to work on wiping him down with a damp clothe and soap, easing the scent a bit from him, but also to make it more clean, after all, this was a delicate procedure... and something that would take days to finish. May the lords grant me patience!

Journal Entry #55: This is the hard part, but when completed... well... lets say science would be advanced hundreds of years if not for this being a secret! I prepped everything, DNA samples for two creatures I had in mind for this one... once that once again I never worked with, and might effect his genetic makeup entirely. I do not care if he is disturbing to look at, only that he can do his purpose! Samples obtained: Black Fish Swallower DNA and Angler DNA. He would be out for this time, only twitching a little before another dose of tranq would be injected. Meanwhile, he would go hungry, his stomach made that apparent, and only could be fed through a small tub leading right into his side. It would at least keep his stomach from eating itself.----

Journal Entry #XX: This took way to much of my patience but in the end it is working. Between sawing off body parts and injecting regular infusions of extract from the beasts, it was taking effect. At first all it produced was a paling of the skin, at least more then there was already. A slight green shade overtook most, if not all his color. Muscles that have atrophied plumped up a little, flexing a bit when pressed on. Webbing between fingers was to be expected, and are stronger then I thought they would be... had to keep them apart though in case his hand would become a solid piece of flesh. Reproductive organs stayed the same, retracted slightly within his flesh. Belly was softer in color, a low, very faint glow emanating from it. So much done in one day, lets hope this doesn't kill him.

Journal entry #XX: A only was able to nap for an hour or so to keep my eyes focused, I should make a potion for that sometime. Nevertheless, the infusions seemed to work for dramatic effect. Injecting him with more tranquilizer and monitoring his vitals, he seemed stable. Something noteworthy about his skin though, as it became a bit more stretchy and dense. Took a large amount of pressure from a scalpel to even pierce the flesh. Lets hope this one doesn't turn on me, otherwise he will stay chained. worked on the mouth today, his normal human incisors and molars fell out, gum support no longer there. For some reason that always makes me shudder to watch. Just moving his head and it was like the root connected to the teeth gave out, dislodging several of them. That awful clacking sound! Nevertheless, teeth implants are a bit more difficult, had to use a bit of creativity for these. Using teeth salvaged from anglers and black swallowers, I had to force them a bit in, the sharp teeth proving rather... difficult to manage. A bit of magic had to be used, a fusion ritual right behind his jawline did the dead, and cost me a bit of material. However, it worked from what I see. The teeth sat firmly in the gum line, which also changed to a darker shade, almost black in color. The teeth also grew a bit, stretching his jawline out more. Nearly finished.

Journal Entry: XX: I may have slipped up a couple times but he was near completed, the time had come to let him awake by himself. Hours passed before his eyes opened, those deep, deep blue pupils looking around, and there it was. A shudder escaped his throat, then the movements. Growls, drool, guttural shouts that could barely be considered English. The restraints held thankfully, I have to move him to a new container. Side Effect: Apparently he needs a steady supply of water now to breath properly... not all the time as his skin produces a slick oil on the outside to keep himself hydrated, but definitely cannot survive in direct sun for too long. Final results after he tired himself out and crashed... Height reduced to 6'4'', weight increased, not sure to what now, muscles tightens and adapted, very lean muscle in arms... chest and stomach area tight and firm, a very faint glow radiating from it, skin slightly translucent in stomach region. Genitalia stayed the same. Thighs and calf's taut and containing a strong muscle. feet and hands webbed a bit, thanks to me they are not one solid fin. Claws on the ends of the digits sharp. Small slits behind his ears... gills. With him out, I got him into another room and half submerged it. I must admit I left quickly.

Journal Entry: X1: Barely any sleep, if any. watching the subject in his new home... I have a feeling his brain may have been addled a bit. Even in his more grotesque form, he just stared out near the door, not saying anything besides garbled words. every once in a while a loud screech filled the room resulted in the subject falling into the water and laid within it, a small sigh leaving him. safe? I had no clue at this point but I knew the poor thing was hungry. I tossed in a few micros within the water, to which his hunger reacted to rending the little guys within seconds, followed by loud gulping and blood flaking in the water. Seems the teeth will take a while to get used to.

Journal Entry: XX: So far I---------------------- Fed him agai------------ tri---aattttacjjj---- Seems to like me... something in his mind associates me with food still, sniffing around me for more micros. Running out of people to snare now, he is eating too many! This time I brought in a calf as he came to me. I placed it within a shallow part before backing away. A growl and it was a horrific mess. something to note, his belly definitely swells out a lot more with no pain and a strange this is, I could almost see through it to see the digestion. Perhaps the infusion took 'too' well.

Journal Entry: 90: AGAIN! I CAN SEE HER IN HIM! This time he moved closer, his form a lot bigger then before, I will admit I felt fear but he nuzzled my hand, motioning to his gut. It took me a moment and a frusterated growl to understand before I started rubbing it, resulting in moans leaving him. Thank the gods he sees me as his master still

Journal Entry 145: Talk of war on the horizon today. I have been so engrossed in this experiment I forgot about the outside world... seems a nuclear war is close. Curses, and I just made progress! SO MUCH PROGRESS. Past weeks I have been trying to culture the beast, speaking to him slowly after I fed him. Words must be hard to form with that sort of mouth and throat but he managed a bit, almost like his old mind was kicking in, but for the sake of language. I even brought in some music, some Beethoven and Chopin, which resulted in a dumb look, but he seemed to nod off to it.

Journal Entry 145: WAR. All I hear is about this war... FUCK... I shant be bothered with this! What will I do!? My basement has enough stores but not enough for the other experiments... I have to prepare to leave. I hate to admit it, but I cannot stay hear too much longer.

Journal Entry END: They say the bombs will be falling soon, can I say I fear what will happen to me? So much work I put into this life, if only I could survive radiation. I had to say goodbye to Experiment 15, or so I named him, 'Lophormes'. Call me old fashioned but what else could I call him. Oh I felt heartbreak as he tried to talk, growling as I gave him a last meal before exiting, feeling his claws wrap around my leg... It was a moment I grew attached to him but I had to slip out... my biggest lie saying I would come back soon. Who knows if I will. Experiment 15... Lophormes... I am sorry I cannot be here for you anymore.

Meet Experiment 15, also known as Lophormes. Once a human with a life full ahead of him, he was turned into the vile creature today, not that he remembers at least. His skin is pliable and tough with a bit of bounce to it, always producing an oil to keep himself from drying out on land. He has hands, marred with claws on the tips roughly an inch long and sharp enough to slash through leather and penetrate thin steel. There is webbing between his fingers and toes, allowing him to swim at a very fast pace. Not as fast as a shark or the like, but still a very fast pace. His teeth are long and pointy, his top fangs overhanging his chin. Properly placed, his teeth all line up in some sort of hideous horrorshow, barely allowing any overlap between the top and bottom. Eyes are a deep blue to and almost black color. Physique is a mixture of limber yet strong. His muscles may have been reduced a bit since the beginning of the experiment, but are extremely strong, much stronger then a human in their prime and fast! Along the back of his ears lay three slits which are gills. Speaking of ears, they lay flat to his head, slightly pointed near the top.
He has a very stretchy belly, able to consume things five times his size and the more stretched out it is, the more translucent the skin behaves, allowing a passerby to see within the creature, for better or for worse. Digestion rate is also increased due to the experimentation, able to digest organics and inorganics quickly, the acids rather powerful and sticky to whatever lands inside.

Personality

Despite appearing like a monster, and behave as such due to hunger, Experiment 15 is versed in a basic english, slightly ruined due to his vocal cords never quite forming correctly during the procedure. Because of Dr. Pyke's influence, he has a special love of old classical music that seems to calm him down and relax him. That being said, he understands most, if not all normal words, but cannot voice them correctly, causing some frustration. He isn't stupid however, and is a very talented tracker and hunter, especially when he obtains a powerful scent, or a taste of blood. While sated, he will be slightly standoffish, cautious of other beings or people that may get near him. However, at the note or figuring that they aren't there to kill him, he will warm up to them... just a little bit at least because as soon as he gets hungry, well, that temperament gets tested. The only way to avoid that is to either feed the beast and be considered a source of food, or dominate him.

He is a carniverous creature and loves being full, why not eat a bunch? I had thoughts of him finding a camp in the woods, or perhaps a more modern setting, even though he was born after a war, he could be sitting in a subway, perhaps waiting for a car full of people to jump in and go to town on them
