A Rock group of prehistoric styled Vores. They do normal acts, even though they are bigger than humans they are able to succeed quite well. Most of the songs are high energy, though they have tried other sorts of music too to varying degrees of success. There songs tend to be about thrills and shocks, sometimes brutal and sometimes the pure passion of love(yes, the censors aren't thrilled with simulated encounters between the singers on stage but nothing  blatant.) Throughout the show some of the band members transform to fit the needs of the song, both acting out and singing the stories.
As a group they are fairly good, though not totally mainstream yet they have developed a following, the voices just are amazingly talented, even without machine enhancement. The shows they put on have a lot of percussion intermixed with vocals, a fairly good range all things considered.. The big seller is at the end of the show(generally, though some concerts have multiple eating scenes, and almost all have tons of teasers) The end of the show always has a song where the singer(S) end up being eaten alive by the drummer,keyboarder or Guitarist(while signing, apparently enjoying it occasionally.) of course this must be a stage trick  because they are always back the next show) . Its rare when one of the BIG guys ends up eaten, but it does happen.... in any case. The joke goes on as the bellies bulge out and wobble during the thanking of the crowd. Sometimes with rude belches. Everyone leaves in good spirits.

The group's members are quite devoted to eachother,and obviously the fact that they end up in eachothers stomachs often means they are perfectly safe, and makes most folks believe the voring is just a act... afterall, the same two sabertooths are in all the shows, and rarely end up outside a stomach..

The show varies from time to time, as do the songs, they hate to get stale, in general each show has a overarching storyline that ends in some climatic feast using the remaining ensamble. The songs themselves are a mixture of singing, dancing and music, generally with a ton of near meals. And sometimes “Shadow tricks “ of folks getting eaten. Various erotic dances slip in and out, mostly done by the furs against the dino bodies,climbing them, just barely escaping the hungers of the other band members as they play.

Extinction has a fanatical following, growing by the day through the internet and subculture word of mouth.. There slowly playing to more normal stadiums, thrilling the crowd more and more, reving it up into a frenzy before the show is over. Honestly there are many who would willingly join there stars bellies forever and ever(This has the band a bit spooked,)

Their concerts are filled with Drinking, drug use, and depravity, not the least what goes on onstage... the fact that “Video never captures the true event” is quite true, the taped concerts are only a shell of the primal rhythm that rocks them in person. Along with overpriced drinks and food Extinction thrives on merchandising there look and form, Tshirts are brisk sellers, each concerts being unique. The sale of backstage passes are likewise huge draws... what goes on behind the stage, well... there are some things left to the imagination

The band has countless roadies that go missing, dozens of fans and groopies who never return, but some do.. abliet often walking oddly while wearing there personal T.
