Fae was unborn into this world as her original mother abandoned the poor Neko kitten days after her birth. A kind female Neko found her shivering and trembling, the pale specter of death hovering near her body. In a loving turn of events the Neko took Fae into her body and gave her a new start. Anything could of been better then being left out in the storm driven streets. After many months Fae re entered the world as a healthy kitten.
Her first few weeks where spent huddled against her mother, lovingly hugging and cuddling for warmth, shelter and food all of which April provided with abundance. Fae grew strong in those most crucial weeks, her personality forming. April had to keep Fae from trouble many times over, the small Neko testing the limits of others patience by asking questions, exploring machinery or the most age old way of just poking stuff to get a reaction.
Her first human year passed in a whirl of small accidents and close calls, while at the same time she started to learn how to fend for herself and hunt. The thrill of stalking something just made her purr no end, some times she would just wait to pounce out at some mouse just to watch them scamper away.
