She is an eater of all (save for children. So under aged characters, you're safe from her wrath.), yet she is rather curious as to how it works on the other side. She can't stop her hunger, and sometimes feels very guilty for the lives lost to her gut. So much so that she occasionally summons all of the strength she has to reform them, though this task leaves her very weak, leaving her nothing more to do but rest.
She can shrink people down, but she can also change her own size. ((like ConquestChan, WarChan and DeathChan, she can swallow things about the size of a full-faced motorcycle helmet whole, so the scale for macro/micro is anything proportionally that big and smaller for her))
She does want to understand/feel/receive love/romance/relationships very badly, and tries very hard to mimic what she thinks are the correct things to do to get those types of interactions with others, though she frequently gets it wrong. Humans are so complicated!
One interested in ingesting Famine ought to know that they may feel full at first, but after digesting her body, her uncontrollable hunger would infect them, and the urge to eat everything in sight has killed past predators who have tried. These effects are not permanent, though, and need not be included in a scene. In a story-type roleplay, though, that would proceed further than the initial ingesting, one should take note of this.
Also like her sisters, when ingested, one must take note that because of her rapid regeneration, it will take quite a while to digest her, even if she is chewed to bits. She does, though, slowly run out of energy when having to constantly having to heal herself. Digestion is possible, it'd just be a very slow process.

While exact setting matters little, I have all four horsemen in a world where they were summoned prematurely (or perhaps in the wrong universe all together, where they still have some powers, but are generally... Useless there).
Part of Famine's 'summoning quirk' is that she now isn't just a mindless, feeding machine. Instead, she was made sentient, given empathy/sympathy, and the ability to feel guilt. This is why she struggles with her hunger; she feels immensely guilty whenever she has to eat anyone. She tries to sate it with whatever she can that isn't, well, alive, however she was born with a hunger for living flesh, and while she can enjoy, ingest, and digest regular food, the cravings for fresh flesh are sometimes difficult to manage.
