Felix is known around town as the proprietor of the Speakeasy, a questionably reputable nightclub which succeeds despite (or perhaps due to) the various shady rumours that surround it. Whether you're into that sort of thing or not, nobody can deny the fact that he can mix a mean cocktail. In fact, on the surface, everything about him appears as it should be.

It's what happens when you're not looking that's the problem.

Who knows, maybe next time your back is turned, you'll turn around to find yourself face-to-face with a hulking feline monster, or maybe it'll be just a cat, or maybe he'll simply not be there. After all, where's the fun in not acting spontaneously?

Usually, Felix will appear as one of the things listed below - the colour of the text indicates what he has decided to be right now.
As for what he is, scroll down to the ooc bit below the descriptions...

Brown: Human
He appears, for the most part, to be an ordinary human being. Average height, stocky build, and a sharp suit. In fact, to look straight at him, he appears completely normal in every way. However, when caught in poor light, in the corner of an eye, when one is not really looking, one might catch the odd glimpse of something entirely different - maybe his eyes might appear to be a golden green colour, or perhaps he'll seem slightly bigger - whatever it is, such glimpses are momentary at best.
Those who are attuned to the fair folk, or have otherwise magical sight are more likely to see him as he appears below.

Yellow: cat-person

Sometimes, Felix decides to be a bit more open about his kitty-like self. While he retains the majority of his human appearance, there's no escaping the fact that he's basically a cat-person, complete with adorable fuzzy ears and golden eyes.
This is how he appears to fairies and the occasional mage when he's trying to appear normal.

Green: Werecat
When he wants to scare the crap out of people, this is his method of choice. So it lacks subtlety, true, but you can't question its effectiveness - after all, if you turned around and found a seven foot tall hulking hairy monster looming over you, wouldn't you want to run?

Blue: Felis Silvestrus Cattus
Or to say it in English, your common shorthaired tabby. He's not exactly a dainty thing as cats go, though, resembling a european wildcat more than anything else.

Cyan: Catzirra! He's a housecat. In Felix-speak, this means a cat the size of a house. Deal with it.

White: anything else!Of course, Felix isn't limited to just those few things listed above. He's a thing born of magic, and magic gets bored very quickly. As such, when he feels like being something else, he'll just pick something.
That said, even when he is involved some things must remain constant, and his feline nature will almost always show through in some way - even if it's so subtle as to be virtually unnoticable.

The Speakeasy and the Mobile Bar:As stated before, Felix is the owner of a nightclub in the nearby city. Of course, he's made the place his own - in more than a few places, reality tends to blur a bit, and taking the wrong turn in the back corridors could take you to all manner of weird places.

It could also take you to the mobile bar - a modified RV with a hatch in the side that somehow leads directly into the Speakeasy. It certainly beats walking home.

=== OOC ===

Yes, he's one of the fair folk. And not one of your tinkerbell kind either. Expect trickery, illusions, magic, and god knows what else. He's of a typically feline demeanour whatever form he may be taking at any given time.
Oh, and you know those old legends about eating fairy food? Well, let's just say things can get adventurous pretty quickly if you don't watch what you eat.
As for eating him, well, it's not unheard of. Just bear in mind that should someone actually destroy whatever body he's decided to make for himself that particular day, he's going to make a mad dash for the land of dreams. Usually this happens to involve a trip through someone's mind - and he can rarely resist the urge to mess around once he's on there...

Oh, and anyone who knows enough to recognise him for what he is will also know that his kind never, ever, tell the whole truth. You have been warned.

=== Vore Battle! It's a weird one!===

Ostensibly normal - In his usual state, Felix is incapable of swallowing anyone much larger than a mouse until he's had a chance to shift into something more suitable. The sole exception is if he wins the initial roll on a 16+, in which case he is assumed to have done so already and may move them to the mouth phase as normal. This conveys no other bonuses.

In the Blink of an Eye - Felix, while powerful, can only really do anything when nobody is looking - even if they only take their eyes off him for a second. The majority of Felix's moves are unavailable to him unless his opponent is distracted (see below). In multi-battles, he must also distract anyone who can perceive the effects of his moves before he can attempt anything flashy. This includes any opponent he is currently inside (but not anyone they are inside), anyone inside him (again, not those inside them), and anyone in the same phase as him. Holding, being held, and the initial grapple are treated as being the same.

Tricksy - Felix can be an irritatingly slippery little bugger if he wants to be. Any time he rolls a 20, he may choose to simply be elsewhere, returning both players to the starting grapple phase.

Whimsical - He has a rather odd outlook on life, his mond often going on complete tangents when he really should be paying attention, even going so far as to ignore mortal danger in favour of wondering how the theme tune to the waltons went. Any time he rolls a 1, he enters a distracted state and is incapable of taking any action besides defending until he rolls an 18 or more.

New combat mechanic - Dream Combat - a couple of Felix's moves are based upon leaping directly into their mind and subjecting them to a waking dream. Felix disappears from wherever he is for the duration of the combat, and returns whenever it is over, whether successful or not. In the meantime, the opponent in question is considered stunned as far as other battlers are concerned - they may defend, but not attack.
Essentially, dream combat takes the form of a mini-battle in its own right. HP are disregarded, as are any size penalties, and Ostensibly Normal and In the Blink of an Eye no longer apply. Combat ends when predefined victory conditions are met, defined by whatever move initiated the dream. Likewise, if his opponent meets their conditions, they may either kick Felix out of their head, thus ending the dream, or continue as normal.
Once an opponent has successfully forced Felix from their mind once, they are immune for the rest of the battle. In multi-battles, if the person in who's head he resides is KOd, he must beat whoever is responsible in a straight roll or be dragged down with them.

Dream Riding - Sometimes, Felix bites off more than he can chew. Fortunately, he's always got somewhere to run to. At the moment he runs out of HP, Felix may roll against whoever dealt the final blow - if he loses he is out. Otherwise, he hops into their head and sets about taking up residence.
Felix loses if: he is held or his opponent rolls an 18+.
Felix wins if: his opponent reaches his stomach and stays there for two rounds.
If victorious: Felix yanks his opponent's consciousness out of their body and gobbles it up, putting himself in the driving seat. In multi-battles, he may continue fighting as his opponent, with access to his own moves as well. However, they may continue to roll - if they roll a 20, they kick Felix into the back seat and regain control.

Distract - Felix attempts to break his opponent's concentration somehow, whether that be by throwing something shiny in the air or poking them in the eye, anything to get their eyes off him. If successful, they are stunned for the next round, during which Felix may opt to use one of his magical moves, below.

magical moves - the below cannot be used unless all witnesses are distracted

Elder Form - Felix is one thing when you look away, and when you look back something else is in his place. Whether by changing size or simply becoming a more efficient hunter, he gains a +1 bonus for the rest of the match, and size penalties against him (or bonuses in favour of his opponent) are halfed.
If he rolls a 16 or more, the bonus increases to +2 and the penalties are quartered.
If, on the other hand, his opponent rolls a 1, then regardless of Felix's roll, ge gets a +5 bonus, negating any size penalties completely. However, if they roll a natural 20, he suffers a -5 penalty and size penalties are doubled as it all goes wrong.
Subsequent attepts at this move are not cumulative - the previous transformation is superceded for better or worse.
Felix cannot attempt this move while inside an opponent.

Metamorphosis - Felix isn't limited to changing himself - if he distracts someone enough, they may find themselves not paying attention to their own bodies either. At least, until they snap to and find themselves a good deal shorter.
The numbers are the same as for Metamorphosis, above, except they are applied as penalties to the opponent's roll. Again, subsequent attempts are non-cumulative, and again the opponent can swing this drastically if they roll a 1 or 20.
This can only be attempted if the distraction succeeded on a 17 or more, and in multi-battles everyone who can perceive his target must be distracted also.

Heather Balm - This healing art allows Felix to recover 1HP on any successful roll, 2HP on a 16+, and 4 on a 20.

FINISHER: Nightmare - With one swift move, Felix attempts to step directly into his opponent's mind, driving them into a waking nightmare as he attempts to devour their very consciousness.
Felix loses dream combat if: He becomes held, or his opponent rolls an 18+ at any time.
Felix wins if: His opponent reaches his stomach.
If he wins: His opponent's mind is left in a waking nightmare, convinced that they are trapped in some creature's belly, leaving them completely incapable of any action until they can snap out of it. Until they roll a 20, any action against them is considered successful.
