Fieras is a bit of a complicated Dark elf, so lets begin from her youth. She was originally a somewhat normal dark elf, in the fact that rather than do the normal life of dark magic or magic in general. She decided to go mining at the age of 14, she often went to the mountain to work on a mine three times a week from early in the morning until the sun was going to set, at the age of 16 she managed to get the mine deep enough by herself and worked on getting ores and materials she could use either as tributes, resources for new equipment or things to sell. She however had a rather life changing experience when she hit 21 though. She had gone out to her mine only to be held by some people in robes, apparently the goddess of fortune noticed how hard Fieras works and gave the girl an offer. Fieras accepted the offer to work for her and has been in the goddesses employment ever since, she met a drider friend who she usually travels with but at times she goes on her own adventures or is called off for things needed by the goddess.
Her insides don't digest people, rather they remove impurities and break down and reshape the ore / people in to ingots. The bigger the ore / person, the more ingots she produces. The ingots are a silvery ore, which can be used for artifacts and jewelry.
Her length melts down things inside and makes them able to be put in to molds and forged.
As far as she knows her breasts and womb are still the same.
As for the offer that was proposed. It was that Fieras serve the goddess in a unique way, to the point where the girl became a hermaphrodite / futanari, she had her insides altered too and the girl can fit people and ores inside her mouth and length. Her abilities are explained below:
Forging Basics*: Fieras is able to eat ores or people and her body will turn either of them in to ingots. The bigger the meal the more ingots she produces.
Liquid Forging*: Fieras is able to put metal ingots inside her length to melt them and release inside of molds to make something. She can't do it with people.
Alchemy Clause: If Fieras puts a person in her length when a metal has or is melting inside, she is able to release inside a woman or herm / futa and the child if the pregnancy succeeds will be able to do alchemy of that metal.
Ore Gain*: Fieras is able to change normal rocks in to rocks containing ores.
It is said that she collects ingots of people to offer to her goddess in exchange for gifts, but all the ingots of people she gives end up returning as people eventually. (In other words, not permavore or temp-permavore)

Lord_Ilias was turned in to ingots and then changed in to a decorative long sword. Fieras has hold of her for now.
Selene_Harpy was turned in to ingots and then changed in to a necklace with a bird on it. Fieras is wearing her for now.
