Filia has always been an affectionate sort ever since hatching from her egg. She warms up quite quickly to others but she was born with a rather unique power. She had quickly learned of it as well and that power was the ability for her inner body and organs to stretch. Because of this power, she would also age very very slowly compared to other harpies who would age as humans would. This power allowed Filia to also excel in the world of hunting.

Prey had no idea what hit them when this speedy minx tore through the sky and nabbed them up without so much as a warning. She'd carry humans of all shapes and sizes back to her lair where she would readily devour them whole and not just through her mouth!

She had found ways through her powers to swallow them up through her pronounced butt and even through her cervix. She found the entire experience absolutely enthralling and when she did, she would soon discover that she could also break them down just as well in those areas as if she were digesting them. When she did, she made another discovery; she could take some of that mass and make it part of her. Therefore, she could make herself look more and more beautiful and in turn, attract more prey.

Time went on, and even more discoveries were made by her; her bust was able to take in people now but only reacted to females perhaps because of the required components...? It didn't matter to her; a meal was a meal after all.

Now she roams dimensions, seeking any and all types of prey to further her development...and seeking that special someone to enjoy life with forevermore.

Personality
Filia is an energetic sort who enjoys devouring prey all the time. She can come off as sultry to a degree and is all about the meal; she doesn't care how long it takes to get it either as she will play the deception card and may even spends long periods of time with her desired meal. In the end, she makes them part of her then it's off to the next delicious prey.

Very rarely does she ever find a prey she falls for but when she does, she can get extremely obsessive and won't let them out of her sight. She does not know it, but she also possesses a power that allows her to reform said lover by making them into an egg should she devour them with her womb.

One curiosity she finds to be enticing is when her food reforms which, in turn, sparks an interest in her to seek out said prey again and watch them. Inevitably, she might end up stalking them, knowing full-well that she can eat them whenever she pleases and then some~

Some time after living on her own, Filia encountered a lone harpy by the name of Tira_Owlen whom she instantly bonded with, engagin in the rite of her race through an intimate swallowing of one another which was followed by a display of Filia's own rebirth which bonded the two for life. However, Filia is fully aware of Tira's free-spirited nature and thus has allowed her to remain as such so long as her love to Filia was genuine. During this time, Filia had given Tira some new limbs as well as discovered her own new power. She looks forward to the next time she and her will meet, eager to show her a more...steamy time~

Organs and mouth stretch as well as the ability to 'hide' her talon feet as human feet.

Her wings are extremely powerful and can easily blow back most objects with relative ease.

Screeching Voice
Her screams can easily rupture eardrums at high decibels. Close range screams may result in becoming deaf.

Mass Manipulation
Able to use digested mass and convert it to breast, thigh, hip, or stomach mass. Also increases muscle strength, making her quite strong in physical combat.

Ancient Flare
Filia, as per being a phoenician Harpy, is capable of great and powerful fire magic which can be used in conjunction with her wings to create whirling firestorms whenever she so desires.

Rebirth Blaze
Being part phoenix enables her to revitalize herself (or others) by wreathing herself and anyone nearby in a warm but potent pillar of fire that restores even the recently deceased back from the brink of death...should she so desire it.
