Ayla Franklin hasn't always been a smuggler extraordinaire. No, there was once a time where she had both feet firmly planted on soil. What better way to do that, than by utilizing the very cybernetic enhancements they gave her?

Among those enhancements are the following:

Overclocked Stomach: her stomach capacity has been increased 100x. As well the flesh of her stomach is impervious to tears and rips. Her skin and abdominal muscles have also been treated to withstand great stretching forces.
Digestive Control: she can control whether or not she wants to digest what is in her stomach, and how quickly that needs to happen.
Elastic Anal Canal: her asshole can stretch far beyond that of a normal individual.
Elastic Vaginal Canal: her vagina can stretch far beyond that of a normal individual.

Given the nature of these enhancements, Ayla utilizes all of them when smuggling. After all, who would look for contraband inside the stomach of such a small woman?
