Gemlynn began her life as any other dwarf, learning the ways of her people and the trades that entailed. While she was a fine miner and smith, her true calling had always been in brewing. However, the young women wasn't so interested in her traditions, choosing instead to travel the world looking to satisfy the hole in her stomach that never seemed to fill completely. On her travels, She took a job to clear out a bandit camp, a large bounty on the head of the leader. Having not eaten that day yet, the long battle against the bandits had made Gemlynn FAMISHED, her vision blacking out as she felt something deep within her stir, hungry and primal. Once she came to, she was surround by the equipment of her foes, and surrounding what remained of the bandits proper. Gemlynn from that day got the reputation of a man eater, but decided to lean into it to keep her rates high for mercenary work so she could purchase more food, often belching up her proof of contact completion to clients. She meet an equally hungry drow named AlaudiHelvaza along the way, going on many adventures with her. This culminated in a battle for the fate of their plane with Lolth, which brought the pair from Ebberon to Faerun. The pair decided this new plane was to their liking, and long with their new friends settled into the city of waterdeep. Gemlynn now runs a tavern with the help of her party, occasionally eating people to prove she was no where near out of her prime.
