What is an Abyssal wolf?

Alignment (Heroic/Good/Neutral/Evil/Corrupted.): Gerda is Heroic!
The only way to affect her alignment is to purify her in some way or corrupt her through various means.

Her fur color is white with a light blue stripe that starts on her left leg, it moves up her body onto her back, over her right shoulder, then down her right arm, ending at her forearm. Her face is more canine than human, ending in a cute black doggy nose. She has canine ears with a few studs that lead up to the top of her right ear. Her slightly curled fluffy tail seems to almost never stop wagging. If she were to describe herself in terms of rank for a pack of wolves, she would probably tell you she is a beta as she tends to lean towards the submissive side if faced with a bigger or a stronger person, though she does not just flat out submit to somebody, she must be shown why she should submit before she does.

Her weapons of choice (when she uses any, as she prefers to use her fists) are two short swords known as Gladii (Gladius, if she is only referring to one.), she favors the flow of holding two weapons with the same reach. She also has a silver plated gauntlet with a sapphire stone on the back of her right palm, which allows her to use magic spells when she is not in her Abyssal form such as casting a fire ball, making a gust of air, launching a small ice spike, causing confusion, and reformation spells. On her left arm is a long length of goddess resistant metal chains which clink and clank around with every movement she makes.

She has a unique curse on her that allows her to regenerate her own body at the speed she wants. The curse part comes in if she regenerates a wound too quickly, for she will experience the pain of the wound all over again. Regeneration time without pain ends at 2 minutes to fully heal a wound.

She fights for her own enjoyment in a coliseum and is hailed as the Master of Games, that being said she also adopted a similar life style to traditional gladiators by praising and worshiping gods and goddesses. She worships one goddess above the rest: Nemesis, goddess of revenge. Do you think that she might be in the wrong time? In a way she is, she was born in ancient Rome, before the Pax Romana. The only reason that a person from a modern time can interact with her is because of the coliseum she calls home. The coliseum could actually be thought of as a kind of gateway to her time, where she can enter and exit freely at will.
If you need a location for the coliseum she is in, here are a few areas: In the past, near Athens. In the present, at the center of a fantastical city called Toraz, which is located in the middle of a desert. In the future, can be discussed.

Floating around the air of the city is a flyer. Swaying along in the breeze, lifting up and down as the wind permits. It gets stuck across a pole as the wind blows against it, spreading out and revealing the secrets it holds. What one would see on this flier is a large image of an arena with two people charging at each other. One large minotaur with a giant axe and one tiny, quick looking goblin with dual daggers and multiple syringes attached to her leg by a few straps. Under that, in large print is: "Glory, money, combat. All can be won in the arena, all you need to have is the will to claim it all! Come to the coliseum in Toraz and see that you carve your name in the mountain of the gods." On the back of the flyer is a map to the location of Toraz, seemed it is in a desert.

The desert town of Toraz:
Located near the center of the desert, it is a melting pot of cultures and species, though the majority is that of lizard folk. The town is a large, prosperous city that attracts many tourists with the promise of entertainment in the arena. The citizens of Toraz are generally very kind, but there are some bad apples out there such as thieves, thugs, and the occasional rapist. It is good to know that all crime is swiftly punished. Finally, the town appears to be most like that of a RPG, there is a quest board somewhere near the center of town meant for the more experienced adventurers and a second one in the market district meant for the less experienced adventurers. There are also a few troubled citizens around town who would also make requests, but the difficulty level varies and will range from beginner level to master level. The areas out past the town's gate would be dangerous to travel alone, the areas closest to the town being the safest while the areas far away being the most dangerous, travel with caution, and travel with friends. Punishments for criminals include but are not limited to:
1: Jail time- Meant for small offenses such as petty thievery.
2: Eaten on the spot- Meant for more serious offenses, digestion may take place.
3: Enslavement in the arena- Meant for the most serious offenses, this is a guaranteed death sentence which will be carried out by any of the gladiators of the coliseum.

The top gladiators:

1: "Executioner": An extremely powerful minotaur, no one knows his real name, his only goal is to crush the weak and send them to his gut.

2: Mestopholis: A very shy, yet extremely deadly plant girl. She has her own weaknesses but this girl should not be taken lightly, one wrong move and an opponent will find themselves taking a permanent dirt nap. (Inside of her.)

3: Mareus: A harpy woman. Very fast, deadly, and not to be trifled with. She tends to act motherly around younger fighters, often treating them as she would treat her own children.

The crew:

1: Crysto: A goblin gal. She's the one everyone goes to when a weapon dulls or breaks. She is a master at forging metals and repairing tools. She used to be Gerda's partner during fights, but is now enjoying her job as the coliseum blacksmith. Don't let her size fool you, one misstep with this girl and you will find out why she was Gerda's partner.

2: Vesperus: A large earth dragon. He handles bringing in supplies for the gladiators and the rest of the crew.

3: Heron: A chimera. He is in charge of the sanitation of the coliseum, keeping the place looking nice after every fight, no matter how much damage has been done. He also plays the flute quite nicely.

The Labyrinth:
The place that is found when one ventures underground, deep beneath the coliseum in Toraz. This is the place where lost souls are left to suffer in eternal darkness. The twists and turns lead only to more tunnels that lead even deeper underground. The deeper one travels, the more one can feel the hatred of an ancient evil being that resides in the lowest level, and if it ever escaped, naught shall remain of the overworld.

The design is simple, yet easy to fall prey to. Once someone enters, the way they entered is sealed off. There are multiple exits throughout the Labyrinth, but the deeper down you go, the better the rewards get, but if you meet a tragic end somewhere inside the Labyrinth, you get nothing.

The monsters:
Because the Labyrinth goes by levels - upper, middle, and lower - the enemies grow in danger the deeper one goes. Every level has a boss type monster, which will be marked with a red name and a star*.
