Arrest #1: Ghorsha was found laying pissed off drunk in an alley after too much alcohol. She has a big belly at that time that also struggled. On a later date we got a report of a missing person last seen at the Inn.
As it turns out she has devoured a man in her drunken state and digested him alive. Because she was in a drunken state, she has been pardoned with a fine of 1000 gold coins.

Arrest #2: Ghorsha was taken into jail after starting a barfight. Probably not a wise move of the one who offended her as she has punched and kicked 4 civileans and 6 guards into the medical clinic.
For this crime she spend a month in jail and was released later on.

Arrest #3: Ghorsha was arrested after being discovered that she was a fence for some thieves.Yet there was no real evidence as no stolen objects were found near her residence or on her.
This case is plausible as she could have smelted the items and reforged them in a different shape in order to clear the "stolen name" for the items.
Without the evidence we couldn't give more than a warning.

Arrest #4: A rookie guard arrested her for being half naked in public, yet she claims its what traditional ourg woman wear. Armor is for orcs, not ourgs like her.
