Gnowel

To best describe CEO Doctor Gnowel Cirrus would be that she is the avatar of a human body-shaped dimension and that her mouth (and other orifices) are the entrances to this world.
This parallel world is not quite the same as an actual body but the familiar organs are connected and perfectly visitable once inside the world.

On the outside however, Gnowel shows no signs of having consumed a person or object up to many times her size. Nor does she feel the occupants within, much like how one does not feel the movement of cells within their body.
Because of the sheer size of her inner world, her physical strength is immense for her size. A single blow from a fist could knock down a house and her wings... well you don't want to be in their path when she spreads them wide

As for how Gnowel behaves? She's a friendly person with a tendancy to stare at food as if contemplating gobbling it up right then and there. However before she actually does that (and with great gusto) she asks. Best not to tell her "yes" or limit how much food is visible if you don't want it gone.
She's also a very skilled healer, with the ability to mend wounds with a few thoughts and even revive the recently-dead if the body (and the brain) isn't too badly damaged.
Part of the healing skills package naturally is the ability to manipulate organic bodies and her own form, including sizeshifting, genetic grafting and adding additional limbs but these are mostly done on request and not part of her nature to perform at random.
She can also teleport herself and others across dimensions or great distances. This is useful if she eats someone and wants to give them a tour of her own body without having to do any modifications.

Overall, if you meet Gnowel in a dark alley or in Nexus Park, you can guarantee you won't be eaten unless you want to.
