An alternate version of Iori that obtained terrifying power after devouring a god of death. An alt of Warriors_On_A_Whim.

CHARACTER

This version of Iori is drastically more powerful than her vagabond self, having devoured a god of death shortly after being thrust from her village. This massive increase in power has led to a few personality shifts. Like the original, she is cocky, arrogant, and haughty to a fault, but she is also cruel and punishing. Overflowing with power, she tends to rely on brute force rather than skill and this has led to a lazy disposition, hence her increased weight when compared to the original. The most notable difference, however, is the manifestation of nine tails, one for every god she's devoured since.

LORE

Shortly after Iori was chased from her village, she stumbled into the domain of a shinigami, or a death god. Thanks to sheer luck and the element of surprise, she managed to devour and digest the being. Originally expecting to just get a bit fatter, Iori was surprised when she found herself growing stronger than her wildest dreams. She underwent intense physical changes, her body morphing to accomodate her newfound power. Now that she was strong, and fueled by the anger of being chased out like some dog, Iori returned to her village and slaughtered the elder, fucked all the women, and ate everyone she could get her hands on. She wreaked such destruction that the village's guardian twin deities came down to put an end to her rampage, but, fueled by a lustful rage, Iori dispatched of them in the same manner she had everyone else. At the end of the day, the village had been wiped off the face of the earth and Iori had become very very fat.

Over the course of the next few years, Iori raised an army in her name, rebuilding her village into a mighty castle for her to reside in and conquering most of the world she knew. Despite her immense power, only enhanced by the addition of the twin deities, Iori hardly ever left her palace, too lazy to put in any effort toward conquering. Instead, she allowed those who fought in her name to claim the glory of battle and bring her any prisoner they found particularly beautiful or cute.

Gorging herself on the prisoners of war, Iori became a reviled villain, one at the root of all destruction. Every now and then, a plucky hero would make their way to her castle, but they would leave through the sewers after Iori's bowels had had their way with them. To this day, she reigns atop the ruins of her village, lazily watching on as the world is ravaged at her will.

ARSENAL

This version of Iori has lost all of her skill with the blade as a result of her neglecting her training. However, in its place, she has gained overwhelming power. She tends to rely on this power, coupled with brute force, to overwhelm and destroy her opponents. Whenever she uses her abilities, her nine tails burn with the black fires of damnation and her hands burn into inky black claws.

Akuma no Kao: Iori's demonic visage is enough to strike fear into even the most battle-hardened of warriors, driving them to the depths of despair as they look upon the form of a true monster.

Pursuers: Nine beads of dark energy, one for each tail, that manifest themselves behind Iori before firing outward and pursuing her opponent. They can hone in on three opponents at a time, attacking each with three beads. Upon being struck, the opponent is overcome with a burning pain, as if their body is being consumed by hellfire.

Akuma no Nageki: The wail of the demon, Iori uses this technique if foolish heroes intend on overwhelming her with numbers. Releasing an ear-shattering wail, a burst of dark energy flies outward from Iori, violently burning anything within a 30 ft radius.

Belly of the Beast: Iori's gut functions as a hellish pit, designed to prolong its captives suffering as long as possible. When eaten, the opponent is dipped into a vat of boiling acids, melting through their armor and covering their body in burns. The stomach, however, also keeps them alive, allowing this torture to go on for hours at a time. The longer someone suffers within her the stronger Iori becomes.

CASUALTIES OF WAR
