Backstory:
Godspeed, aka Damion Grey, is the fastest living person in the universe. He is known to have traveled on an average at the speed of light.
However he wasn't always this way, he used to be an average racer who even competed in the olympics. He won 2nd place with only an inch between him and a wolf in 1st.
He came home a happy man, he was happy with second place, though he wishes he was just a little faster. However tradgety soon overcame his happiness whaen he was involved in a car crash.
For the most part he remained unharmed, however he was paralysed from the waist down in the crash, ending his career. He was understandably upset when this happend, along with his family.

He was devastated, everything he worked for was gone. He was confined to a wheelchair, and had to be taken care of. He looked for a way to fix himself but to no avail.
However, one day, he heard a knock at his door. He opend up the door to see a complete stranger there. The stranger asked if he was the man who competed in the olymics who was partially paralysed.
He answered yes, and the man made him an offer that he could not refuse. He told him that he was part of a research team that developed a formula that could potentially bring back his ability to walk.
He gladly accepted, and a few days later he was taken to the facility they were set up in.

He was told to keep the place a secret, so he did. He was amazed by everything they had there. However he was only really interested in their cure for his parylization.
They took him into a room and layed him down on a table were they strapped him down to prevent much movement. He tried to relax as much as he could, but he understandably got a bit nervous when he saw the needle.
They injected him directly in his spinal cord, which was extremely painful. At first nothing seemed to happen. Then, suddenly and without warning Damion dissapeared from the room, leaving papers flying around everywere.
He had not died, or vanished, he had simply just traveled so fast that nobody could see him. He vibrated through the restraints and they later found him inside the bathroom looking at himself.

The injection worked, he was up and walking, but it had an unexpected side-effect. They told him that he had traveled at the speed of light, and that they don't know if the effect would wear off eventually.
He wasnderstandably shocked, but he let them help. They helped him get used to his new speedy powers. His body seemed to regain muscle strength rapidly due to his metabolism. It was like his entire body was in overdrive.
Everything was faster, his speed, reflexes, thinking, reading, even his heart-beat. No matter how shocking these changes were the scientists helped him adjust, and he learned how to control these new abilities.
They wanted him to keep his powers a secret, but he knew that with these new powers he could help people. He wanted to help people, no, he needed to help people.

One day, he ran away from the facility and into Nexus city. It was there that he started his new career. As he wasrunning through the city he heard an alarm bell ringing. It turned out to be one from a nearby bank.
Not thinking about what he should do he ran into the bank. Inside there were 10 men armed with machine guns. One of them was pointing their gun at a lady behind the counter. Damion knew what he had to do.
He quickly disarmed all of the men and threw their guns aside in an instant. Then once they realized what had happened he ran at them and knocked them all out cold. Everyone was dumbfounded. He quickly ran back to the facility.

They were understandably furious with him, but then they saw what he did on the news. everyone was calling the 'mysterious blur' a hero. It turns out they were planning on stealing all of the money the bank had.
He had saved everyone there, and he would do it all again in an instant.

They eventually came to accept his decision, and even decided to help him with it. He is now a hero, and he is happy once again.


Abilities:
Super speed- Obviously.
Vibration- He can use his speed to vibrate his body, he can do this fast enough to pass his body through almost anything.
Lightning- He can vibrate his body fast enough to build up giant static charge, which can be shot off as lightning.
Tornado- He can create a wind funnel with his army by swinging them around in circles.
His metabolism is alot faster due to his speed.
