There are a lot of conflicting reports on the mysterious entity known as 'Gojira-chan', a being that has emerged into public consciousness only within the past few years and is reclusive enough that very little is known about her. This is mostly because it is incredibly difficult to actually talk to her without first gaining the kaiju-girl's attention and holding it long enough to get her side of the story. Especially when she most often appears to engage in combat with some massive threat that she feels is encroaching upon her territory or threatening her status as the baddest creature on the planet. It is because of this that signs of her arrival are treated as both a good and bad omen, bad because she has likely sensed something that humanity at large hasn't and good because there is a viable back-up plan in case humanity's efforts fail to deal with the problem.
Since the Queen of the Monsters' actions usually result in the salvation of humanity, the public has begun to think very fondly of the kaiju-girl despite the fact she doesn't do what she does to protect them. However people have noticed that she does go out of her way to avoid casual destruction of buildings or military personal in her way and once she has finished proving her superiority Gojira-chan...well...leaves. Obviously this is a massive relief to the various nations that she visits since there is very little that could be done if Gojira-chan decided to make her new home one of the ruined cities that is left in her wake and public opinion of her would likely fall after such an incident.
The few times that people have managed to talk to her are well-documented and talk about how the gruff and to the point kaiju-girl seems more interested in going back to sleep or the bottom of the ocean than in indulging humanity's curiosity about her existence and daily life. Nonetheless she has revealed that she has been alive for millions of years but has spent the vast majority of them in a death-like hibernation state that ensured her survival and has only returned to activity in recent years due to the actions of other kaiju-girls and mecha-girls that have roused her from her slumber. In her own words 'if they want to see who's the baddest, I'll happily oblige'. That said she has never sought out others in order to prove herself against them but has waited for them to take action first...
There are those who worry that this won't last and once Gojira-chan is sufficiently provoked that she won't just calmly return to her isolation after a brawl but continue to rampage on her own. There are rumors that numerous governments are collaborating to discover some kind of way to stop her if this does finally happen.

This next section is for the six foot, five inches version of Gojira-chan, where she is more of a reluctant super-hero than a natural disaster.

Code Name: Gojira-chan

Weight: Unknown, estimated two hundred and forty pounds.

Origin: Unfortunate nuclear accident, training with Monarch
Abilities: Armor-like skin, atomic fire-breath, enhanced stamina and strength, and untested regeneration.
Sachiko Takahashi was once a normal student in Japan's rigid social structure who felt that the confines forced upon her stifled her independence. Over time she became a delinquent that shucked the social norms and started getting into fights with other hooligans rather than attend school and build towards her future. It almost had to be fate that one of the few times that she actually attended class, they went on a trip to a nuclear reactor in an attempt to impress the students with the results of a strong work ethic. Who would have thought that would be the same day that a terrible monster attacked the plant? Luckily most of the workers and students were able to escape to safety but there was at least one individual who was trapped behind the safety doors meant to prevent the spread of radiation and Sachiko Takahashi could be considered both incredibly fortunate...and remarkably unlucky at the same time.
She survived her time in the irradiated reactor but was irrevocably altered by the energies that bombarded her body, turning into a fierce creature with a series of jagged spikes coming out of her back and toughened skin. Sharp fangs gave her an intimidating and savage look but the biggest changes were internal...the lose of almost all her body-fat in favor of lean muscle, the capacity to regenerate from wounds she sustained (and likely the reason she survived in the first place~!), and the most dramatic ability of all..to harness her inner reserves of atomic energy to unleash a torrent of pale blue flames that few materials could withstand for very long. Sachiko had become a monster herself but she was trapped within the leaking reactor for some time before her presence was detected by anyone or anything and a team was dispatched to discover just what was absorbing all the radiation! The first time that Sachiko had seen other human beings since the accident and they opened fire the moment they saw her to absolutely no effect... After the former schoolgirl laid them out and escaped, it was Monarch that was sent to deal with this new 'monster' but they proved more observant than the previous team. They realized the link between the dead student that had never been found from almost twenty years (!!!) prior and the hot-blooded delinquent they had found and offered her a choice. Join Monarch's slowly growing unit of other anomalies like herself to combat a rising tide of monsters and monster-girls or return to a life that would outright reject her now at best and experiment on her at worse.
It wasn't really a choice and 'Gojira-chan' quite enjoys her new position as an official 'monster ass-kicker' as she calls it.

OOC Stuff:
Okay, I'm going to be honest, I mostly made this character on a lark and because I really wanted to use the picture and concept in my head. I still don't really know what I'm going to do with Gojira-chan so I'm completely open to ideas on...well...what to do with her!
Gojira-chan is a strict predator in the sense that...I really haven't seen anything big or mean enough to make her be prey...and yes, she does eat things. Also, on request and only if I want to, I will play Gojira-chan as the far more accessible size of 6'5 for more normal interactions and if I approach you, the easiest way to tell which size you're dealing with is by which name I use. If I'm using Gojira-chan almost exclusively in my posts, you're dealing with the 300+ foot titan but if you hear Sachiko at all, you're dealing with the six foot five version.
I definitely wouldn't mind expanding the idea behind Sachiko either, of a squad of 'kaiju-girls' modeled after original or famous kaiju that either work together to combat monsters and monster-girls or try to destroy the world for one reason or another (not to mention regular interactions of course!) If you're interested in any of the above (Gojira-chan, Sachiko, or a kaiju magical girl setting than please let me know! They're all a bit weird so its hard to tell if people are interested unless they let me know!).
