"I am far beyond you, and I have realized the truth of this world, this universe, and the next. Ever since their creation, mortals have misused the gift of existence given to them by the gods, destroying and corrupting the purity of divine creation. The universe has been sullied, dirtied, by these mortals that we deities created. Now, I realize, that this was a mistake; mortals are the one and only failed creation of the gods. In order to return this universe to its former, beautiful glory, I will annihilate each and every mortal to ever exist, on the behalf of the gods who will not admit their failure."

A Divine Utopia: The Zero Mortals Plan; Or, Eradicating Humanity And Also Everything Else; Or, Alternatively, Bitch I Look Like Goku; Also Sometimes Known As "Goku Is The New Black"

In the multiverse, there are twelve universes in total; Universes One through Twelve. Each universe is unbelievably enormous, and thus, hard to watch over for each universe's deities. Thus, each universe is divided in four 'Quadrants'; the South Quadrant, the North Quadrant, the East Quadrant and the West Quadrant, each holding an untold amount of life. These 'Quadrants' are watched over by the Kais; long-lived, powerful deities that supervise the universes. Much like the Quadrants that they supervise, the Kais are divided in four; the Kai of the North, of the South, the East, and the West. The Kais, themselves gods, have their own superiors; the Grand Kai acts much like their 'boss', and the one above all of the others, the Supreme Kai, watches over the whole universe they form a part of. Once, there was one particular Kai, named Zamasu, who watched over the North Quadrant of his universe, the Tenth.

Zamasu was far from a normal Kai; a prodigy in every sense of the word, Zamasu and the rest of the Kais discovered that he had incredible potential, far beyond any Kai that had come before him in the history of Universe Ten. Zamasu possessed an incredible talent for fighting, an untapped ocean of power that only grew the more he trained, a genius intellect and, most importantly, an insatiable desire to learn. This young Kai's incredible potential, as one would expect, was eventually noticed as the centuries passed by more and more deities, until it eventually reached the Supreme Kai of Universe 10 himself, the wise and kindly Gowasu, who took Zamasu under his wing and nurtured his desire to learn, eventually forming a bond with his student not unlike the bond that one would see between a father and his son. As the centuries, and, eventually, millennia passed, Zamasu grew at an astonishing rate, monitoring and watching over the many worlds within Universe 10, taking particular interest in the worlds that were populated by mortals. What he saw filled his mind with distrust and hatred for all mortals, growing to believe that they did nothing but bring war and destruction upon the worlds that the deities made for them with love and care, misusing their divine gift of wisdom to bring about death and suffering.

Zamasu's hatred and resentment for all mortal life slowly festered and grew like a tumor on his soul, filling him more and more disillusioned with every tragedy that he saw a mortal commit. All of this, however, eventually came to a boiling point when Zamasu discovered the existence of something he believed impossible; mortal warriors that had, somehow, grown to equal and, in some cases, surpass the deities that had created them. One warrior in particular bothered him; a simple man, born from a warrior race called the Saiyans, from another universe, the Seventh, that went by the name of Son Goku. A friendly, warm, if a little (read as: incredibly) dense man at heart, Son Goku challenged Zamasu to an innocent sparring match, and, to his surprise, Zamasu was defeated by a mere mortal, who, to pour salt on the wound, had been holding back most of his true strength. This settled things in Zamasu's mind; mortals were the gods' single mistake, and he would remedy it. Murdering his father figure Gowasu with no remorse to make sure that he would not interfere, Zamasu called upon the Super Dragon Balls, planet-sized artifacts of power capable of granting any wish, Zamasu wished to switch bodies with the warrior that had convinced him that mortals were a threat, becoming Goku Black. As soon as his wish was granted, Goku Black traveled to Universe Seven's Earth, murdering Goku and his entire family in cold blood.

After this feat, Goku Black called upon the Time Ring, an artifact capable of travelling through time, and he now wanders different timelines and dimensions, destroying and murdering every mortal that he comes across in his pursuit for a twisted utopia devoid of mortal life, as well as seeking powerful warriors to defeat and kill, in order for his own power to grow. And it has grown.

To an almost ridiculous degree.

A Deity's Personality: Divine Monster; Or, A Dangerous Rose; Or, Sinful Flower

Goku Black is extremely ruthless, conniving, sadistic, emotionless, diabolical, heartless, remorseless and manipulative, ruthlessly murdering innocents, adults and children alike, showing a sense of brutality with every terrible deed he carries out in the name of his own delusional justice. Along with all of these qualities, Black also has a deep passion and love for combat, and feels a powerful desire to seek out strong opponents to fight and defeat. Black is also incredibly determined, willing to trample anything in his way to achieve something he's put his sights on.

Goku Black utterly detests all mortals, perceiving them as a blasphemy and the greatest mistake that the gods have ever made; he has scoured several universes and has seen more than enough atrocities in the various timelines he has travelled to via the Time Ring to feel vindicated in his belief that mortals are a corrupting stain that prevents reality as a whole from becoming a true paradise and has taken it upon himself to destroy all traces of mortal life, which he believes to have only been allowed to live as long as they have because the gods refused to ever acknowledge their failure in creating mortal life.

Mortal-Killing Power: Might Of A Renegade Deity; Or, What Black Can And Cannot Do (Mostly The Former)

Goku Black holds astonishing amounts of strength at his fingertips. Taking only raw, physical strength into account, Black's physical strikes, at full power, are already more than powerful enough to send out shockwaves rippling throughout the cosmos, strong enough to destroy the universe; the shockwaves shake apart not the universe itself, but all of its contents. There is a difference. He is still maddeningly strong, however. As one would expect, he is also tough enough to take what he dishes out; he can resist blows and attacks that would eradicate everything within the universe. As well as having incredible strength and resilience at his fingertips, Black also has the capability of going at astonishing speeds; at his maximum, Goku Black is capable of going quintillions of times (!!) faster than light, more than fast enough to travel across galaxies in the blink of an eye.

Those are Goku Black's physical stats. Now we move on to his true strengths. Black is the perfect amalgam of the raw potential and knowledge of combat of a millennia-old deity, and the sheer strength and adaptability of the body of one of the strongest saiyans to ever live. Because Son Goku had access to the Super Saiyan line of transformations, Goku Black has access to his own version of Super Saiyan, that boosts his already overwhelming power many dozens of times over;

Super Saiyan Rosé.

Super Saiyan Rosé acts like what one would refer to as an "universal stat boost" in something like an MMORPG; Black's abilities and strengths are boosted all across the board by a factor of dozens of times, making his already mind-boggling power level even more overwhelming. Along with this, Black has other methods of increasing his power in battle; being that Black himself is a divine prodigy among prodigies among the Kaioshin, the capabilities of Goku's body are enhanced by Zamasu's divine essence, powering his body beyond its mortal limits. Among the properties of Goku's body that were enhanced was its capacity for improvement; one of the natural abilities of the bodies of saiyans is the ability of improving rapidly in the middle of battle in order to surpass their opponents, as well as the ability to gain significant increases to their power if they recover after being horribly wounded. Black possesses these abilities, up to eleven; he is capable of improving tremendously in one fight, going from being absolutely demolished in a fight to overtaking his opponent in a handful of minutes if desperate enough. Goku Black's faux-saiyan body is used to the utmost limit of its potential; he can increase his body's potential at will, and in the moment instead of waiting for his body itself to do it with time. Because of this, if one somehow manages to find themself at an advantage during a confrontation with Black, it is imperative to destroy him as soon as possible; otherwise, he will grow to his opponent's level, or outright surpass them.
