16 hands up to 32 hands, but she can be bigger just she picks only up to 32 hands due to her size not being easily cared for the she gets, In feet, 5.3 foot at her smallest, and 10.7 feet at her tallest... This goes along with her length as a quad as well

Pepper is a rather nice mare... She seems peaceful and small... Well small if you don't know her abilities. But generally she is peaceful so long as you are not looking to cause her harm. The other surprising part, she is experessive enough in the muzzle you can generally tell what she is thinking. As that aside, she can tell you what she is thinking, yes she is part of the new breed of horses. The intelligent ones.
See in her world there has been a divergence... humans are there, but so are horses. Horses seemed to develop along side the humans
and form a partnership. Now there are four different kinds of horses.
The normal horses which are slowly being replaced with intelligent ones just out of the happen stance of the intelligent gene
being easy to pass along.
Then the Intelligent horses which is what Pepper is a part of. Intelligent horses talk and often are able to do things that
the normal horses cant. and that includes this odd ability of vore... but also clench space... Clench space is like hamer space
just that the mare or stallion has to initiate it. They are not in practice when they start this so they can clench their belly smaller
for just a bit... Slowly building up to hours and days and weeks to even months of this.
There are anthros, and of course it is a 8-16 foot tall anthro horse that is like the intelligent horses but on two legs.
Taurs, and there is the last part to this and their introduction which is the Taurs... They are able to usehands but also carry with
four legs. Obviously the taurs are intelligent and have intelligent horse abilities aside.
As for Pepper wondering what her stats are in this regard? Well she is either enchanted, or something with the ability To use her clench space to increase her size. But she still have clench abilities. This means that she can hold her clench for as Long as she likes. When she relaxes her body takes the size of her normal size (18 hands). Also unclenching also shows if she has anything or anyone inside her, as long as they are large enough. Has she had anyone inside her? Maybe once, Her trainer who tried breaking her for riding ended up her ass for a week. was only found out when she slept since clench relaxes if a horse sleeps.
As for the rest she can be rode like any other mare, just have to have the saddle size for her current size she is. If not its bareback or riding inside her chambers.
As for sex, well we can say that intelligent horses and the other two after them enjoy around an 80% chance of a human impregnating them. So enjoy having foals.
