// Personality
A nonchalant and easygoing individual who usually remains calm and cheerful in any situation, and prides himself on being an easily approachable person anyone can talk to. Shares Verts Buxom Is Better mindset, though tends to be much less vocal about it. He's almost impossible to anger and rarely takes anything seriously, but his anger usually takes the form of tranquil passive-aggressiveness.

He is fond of children and anything cute, especially Rom and Ram, while being easily amused by strange and/or idiotic behaviour. Possesses some minor 'Cuddle Bug' tendencies similar to Neptune, though with more restraint and familiarity with the concept of personal space.

He dislikes fighting and will usually try to avoid it whenever possible, he also teds to hold back to avoid causing damage. He is more powerful than his sister offensively, though has weaker defenses. Both tend to prefer fast hit-and-run attacks, though.

He is fond the "Mathematician's Answer". He is intelligent and perceptive enough to figure things out faster than most others, but usually keeps quiet about things he notices to only tell others if they ask because "You didn't ask" (openly admitting it's because he's "kind of a dick like that"). He normally just likes to be a nuisance, but will go out of his way to actively antagonize someone if they try to order him around without his consent (not even attempting to hide his amusement at their anger).

When in HDD Form, he's mostly the same as Human form but less easygoing attitude and more aggressive. He will outright ignore anyone that attempts to impose their will on him without his consent or talk down to him instead of trolling them like in human form. He is also prone to being completely silent when angry.

// Appearance
Human form: Average height for a human male with short blonde hair, blue eyes and an average build. Tends to wear fancy green glothes with gold trim and white gloves.

HDD form: About 5 inches shorter than his human form and with a more slender build. Short green hair and purple eyes with a power symbol for the iris. Outfit and processor units are mostly black with glowing green highlights, with the central part resembling a full body lightly-armored bodysuit. The green wings glow and pulsate softly.

// History
"Born" sometime before the disappearance of the CPU's fighting CFW Magic. The event was met with slight disappointment from Vert, who was expecting to finally get a sister, leading to poor first impression. One that wasn't cleared up for a few years due to the CPU's vanishing shortly after and ASIC influence. He and Chika manged to keep Leanbox safe for the 3 years, though without anyone learning he was a CPU at first.

He lacked the ability to transform until shortly after ASIC was destroyed, with his transformation in front of the CPU Candidate's and several Planeptune civilians provoking mostly curiosity.
