Hades Izanami, Saya, or the Imperator.
All are acceptable names for this one.
Not only was this once the protagonist's sister possessed by a literal god, but this very same form became the literal emperor of the world, because Blazblue plot. Lots of ridiculous and literal here.
She's no slouch in combat, either. If you are even able to hit her (no easy feat, let me tell you, with her agility) she has a full-body shield nicknamed the "Ribcage" to guard her body against most form of impact.
Personality wise, she has flights of fancy, where she will relentlessly pursue any topic and research it in any way possible. Mostly, she seems to focus in on the matters of a soul, to find why humans have their own drives, and so on. Both halves of this being have some degree of control, and have been together so long that they've become one homogeneous person. However, she has zero respect for human life outside of her curiosity. Even her own form she considers to just be a vessel, albeit one to keep as it is acclimated to her, but disposable if need be. On top of that, she gets a certain... satisfaction in causing death, yet not other destruction.

Frankly, she's terrifying.

tl;dr: Kidnapped girl named Saya was possessed by a god and became Imperator of the world. Curious about humanity and mortal life, but only as a curiosity.
