Backstory: Harriet was a kitten with a fairly normal upbringing. However, she soon found out that she was far from ordindary. While taking a shortcut through the woods on the way home from school, she was followed by a feral wolf. In her fear, she made a branch from a nearby tree fall to the ground, scaring the predator off. Understandably, Harriet was afraid of these new powers and chose to keep them a secret from her family. But one day, she was approached by a mysteroius stranger who knew about her powers. The stranger; a possum woman told Harriet that she possessed magic. It wasn't long until this possum became her mentor, teaching Harriet that magic flowed not only through people, but everything else in the world. She also taught the cat how to control her powers through unconventional methods.Presently, Harriet runs a shop known as the Enchantorium, selling potions, trinkets or whatever enchanted items she may have on paw. It's never in one place at a time, appearing wherever she whims it. It takes on a different appearance, depending on her mood. Sometimes, it's an antique shop, while other times it's a rustic cabin. But, her wares remain the same. Though the Enchantorium seems small, its inner dimensions are expansive, with a different room for each type of item:
The Library: Here, one finds a collection of literature that Harriet has gathered through the years. They include spellbooks, textbooks on mythical creatures, stories from faraway lands and even books with pocket dimensions that pull readers into the stories.
The Greenhouse: A nursery where flora from home and away thrives. Harriet uses the herbs here to brew potions, and offers her guests tours through the garden within her shop.
The Game Room: Here, guests can sit back and enjoy tabletop games. But, like everything else in this shop, they're far from your average games. Players are shrunk, taking the place of their pieces on the board. And don't think Harriet is stuck in the 20th century; she even has a collection of bewitched video games that take a step beyond virtual reality.
