a small fleet of ships can be found on venus in a small valley, and cave systems around said valley, some being natural, and some being carved out, used as a small trading hub for scrap and other items lost by the guardians before the red war, the encampment though mainly is meant for a refugee camp for the house of trade, protected by the vanguard and their own people this is the easiest place to meet the house other than the embassy in the last city
an old dam makes for a perfect base as the fallen think as they found the old hoover dam! having taken it over as a new place to live, and whats safer than earth, well no where as the traveler hasnt left yet, though from its past the house doesnt trust the traveler at all but thats not important, for now this dam is the main source of the houses ether supplies, and since the golden age it has a lot more buildings attached to it than usual

i said they were in the tower, and i wasnt lying, as the fallen have their own embassy, a large tower attached to the wall, and somewhat inside the wall, having a few hangar bays inside the walls, plenty of loving spaces, a few training rooms, and a meeting room for the consensus and the vanguard when they need to talk
a base on the moon, though small a large group of fallen call it their home, using it as a patrol base, only two dozen fallen living here as guardians pass by every now and then, borrowing a bed, and maybe a fallen gal to snuggle up to, blow off some steam~
ahh europa, even though the guardians dont want to make a base here the fallen love it here, even though the house of trade was warned about erimis's BS ahead of time, stopping themselves from making a splinter group for them and finding their home in an old building of bray tech, meant for storing information on the darkness's encounter during the collapse, the info on the traveller, and thankfully, it was also a store house on parts, so teh fallen there have a nice, defendable position~ and plenty of scrap, though god is it cold! but if you dont trust old golden age buildings, or clovis, there are still those huge cabal mobile bases the house uses around europa~ if you wanna sit inside with a space heater between a captains tits~
